It is a modern one-bedroom condominium unit equipped with a kitchen and a living room/TV viewing area. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with a pullout double-sized bed. The living room has 2 single-sized sofa beds with a single-sized pullout bed. The unit can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 persons in the bedroom, but can can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons by utilizing our living room sofa beds. The kitchen has the basic amenities for food storage, cooking, heating food, eating and drinking. The toilet (120cm x 150cm) is separated from the shower room (120cm x 80cm).
The apartment reflects the owners’ love for anything travel-related, which is captured in the living room’s doodle wall. It is accentuated with colours to leave you with a relaxed and cheerful feeling, at a price much more affordable than the hotels next door.

Al momento del check-in, il posto è molto pulito. L'unità è ideale per famiglia e barkada che desiderano un soggiorno / vacanza. C'è una camera da letto che può ospitare fino a 3 persone, 2 divani letto che possono essere dormiti entrambi da 2 persone. Ciò significa che potrebbe adattarsi a un massimo di 7 persone. È a circa 10-15 minuti di taxi dalla città vera e propria. Indipendentemente da ciò, c'è un vicino talipapa dove puoi trovare prelibatezze di carne, verdure, generi alimentari, ecc. Per cucinare. E ciò che apprezzo di più è la completezza degli articoli da cucina / cucina. L'unità dispone anche di forno a microonde, bollitore elettrico, frigorifero, pentola a pressione, ferro da stiro, 2 ventole elettriche, 1 bagno con doccia, 1 WC, un'elegante sala da pranzo, connessione wi-fi considerevolmente veloce, TV via cavo e molti altri. Un'altra cosa che apprezzo è che l'unità abbia un design e una configurazione moderni e instagrammabili. La terza cosa che apprezzo è quanto sia stata accomodante la signora Anna per me, in particolare per le mie richieste come il check in a mezzogiorno senza costi aggiuntivi e per rispondere rapidamente ai miei messaggi. Consiglio vivamente la sig.ra Anna e il suo posto.

C'è un negozio conveniente jst a pochi passi e un pandesalan 24 ore su 24. L'unità in sé è davvero bella, dopo una giornata faticosa da andare e passeggiare per Baguio, è sempre un buon sentimento per tornare a casa, dal momento che l'atmosfera dell'unità è chic e accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente.
Joanne2019-04-01T00:00:00ZOttimo posto dove stare. Il centro città è a soli 5 minuti di jeepney / taxi. Adoro l'arredamento della camera e tutti gli oggetti da cucina che è possibile utilizzare. Comunicheranno e risponderanno rapidamente alle vostre domande. Una cosa che mancava era un panno di stracci (basahan) da usare per ripulire il pavimento (versavamo dell'acqua sul pavimento e finivamo per usare o usare un vestito). Quella cosa minore tuttavia non diminuisce in alcun modo la gioia e il rilassamento che io e mia moglie abbiamo vissuto in questo posto. Prenoteremo sicuramente quando torneremo a Baguio.

Minimalista ma con servizi completi - forte connessione a Internet con Netflix; utensili da cucina, piano cottura, pentole e padelle sono disponibili nel caso in cui si desideri cucinare; articoli da toeletta - shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e carta igienica e hanno anche fornito un sacco di asciugamani. In case you have heavy luggage with you, don’t worry. We can always ask our caretaker to carry them-to and from the apartment-for you. All you have to do is ask :)

Il posto era così accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort di cui potresti aver bisogno durante l'intero soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, in realtà camminiamo solo la maggior parte del tempo poiché il posto è vicino a quasi tutto, ma se preferisci non camminare, ci sono molti taxi e jeep che passano. I padroni di casa erano anche eccezionali in quanto erano molto reattivi e gentili. Nel complesso, questo è un ottimo posto dove stare soprattutto se sei un principiante a Baguio come noi. It is just very close to Session Road, Baguio Cathedral and SM City Malls (1-2mins. Walk), walking distance also University of Cordilleras, University of Baguio, the famous Burnham Park, Harrison Road Night Market and nestled with lots of restaurants and fast food. This is also along jeepney and taxi line.
Roaming around the city has never been a problem as you can do it by foot. Though this is situated at the center of Baguio City, we offer you a clean, quiet and cozy place where you can relax

A new modern country unit within a 100 year old Traditional Baguio heritage home (1200sqm lot) in a quiet but central part of the city, w/ its own small porch, large garden of Pine trees, a bonfire pit and walking distance to Teacher's Camp, Baguio Botanical Garden, and several restaurants and bars plus a 10min jeep ride to SM Baguio, Camp John Hay, and Session Road. Modern cozy country interiors with 2 bdrms that has a view of the Pine tree garden, 2 bath, and kitchen.
Its located at the ground floor of a century old Baguio Pinewood home as a sub-unit with own entrance and porch. Modern convenience with rustic elements using actual Baguio Pinewood that was harvested from the property.
The main house is a heritage private vacation home and has been used for numerous location shootings such as Honor Thy Father (John Lloyd Cruz) and Citizen Jake, more recently Glorious of Angel Aquino and Tony Labrusca... amongst many.
The space can accommodate a STRICT and non-negotiable maximum of 8 persons (adults and children) ONLY. Please respect this as we do not entertain impromptu additions, regardless.

In the shared room, the top bunk beds are single-sized. Lower bunk beds are standard double. The Master’s bedroom has a queen-sized bed. We do not provide extra mattresses.
If you have a driver/yaya, they can use the driver's/staff quarters for an extra fee of P250/night.
We also have a basic kitchen setup, using an induction cooker with pots and pans compatible with it. Rice cooker and other basic kitchen appliances are available.

It is near the famous tourist spots like, Burnham Park, Botanical Garden, Mines View, Wright Park, Mansion House, Country Club, John Hay, Lourdes Groto. It is within university belt, just a walk away from UB, SLU, UC, and other universities.
Everyone is invited, from different cultures/race/age. For different usage, for business or leisure.
It is a studio unit with queen size bed and pull out bed. It is fully furnished. Guests can use all the kitchen appliances inside the unit, they can cook their own meal of just eat downstairs with the restaurants of their choice or they can heat their food in our microwave.
It is pretty cold in Baguio so we only prepared a cute fan for our guests.
Cedar Peak has its own mall at the ground floor, from grocery store like save more to restaurants, from clinics to spa and derma, from branded clothes to affordable clothes and other necessities and wants. Cedar Peak is likewise surrounded by almost different establishment like food chains/restaurants/fast food/bakery shop/convenient stores/public market/soveneir shops/school supply/computer shops and many more....Basically everything is accessible/ a walk away from Cedar Peak.
The public market is just a walk away as well. The guests can ask for direction to anyone. People here in Baguio are friendly and approachable.

This is a gorgeous two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment. It has a masters bedroom with a queen size bed. The 2nd room is a family bedroom, furnished living area and comes with equipped kitchen, propane provided for cooking, WIFI, Cable TV, CCTV, complimentary drinking water, outdoor grill area, perfect view of the city and part of Burnham park from our Terrace, easy access to famous tourist spots, takes about 10-15 minutes walk to Burnham park.
The Unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment ideal for a large group or family. This is a newly built building with new appliances. Our terrace has a 180 degrees view of the city. You will appreciate it more on sunrise and night time. It is a good place to relax and have a coffee or a breakfast in the morning.
This is a peaceful loving neighborhood. We know each other personally as friends and neighbors. There are couple of sari-sari store along the road fronting the house. You can buy anything from grocery/meat and poultry produce. A vegetable and fish stand is also available in the area.

It's airy and has an elegant feel. We use quality beddings with comforter. Everything is basically new, the condo itself was opened last Feb 2018. Guests in our place will experience using furnitures and appliances that are stain-free.

Our rooms are deluxe rooms with smart TV inside the rooms where you can watch netflix, iflix, youtube and movies. Our beds are very comfortable, our pillows are firm and soft with the highest quality. We have fans inside the rooms. Complete amenities :) It’s like having a home away from home :)
