  • Ospitalità meridionale al suo meglio! Brandi è più un host superiore che un super host. Il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti è stato carente per niente. Dalla prenotazione alla partenza è stato un soggiorno a 5 stelle! Era tutto così facile e divertente. La casa è assolutamente la più carina ma anche comoda e piena di tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. Brandi pensa a tutto e poi ad alcuni. Siamo stati accolti con un delizioso vassoio di ottimi spuntini che è stato un piacere così inaspettato. I letti erano molto comodi e le lenzuola erano morbide e chiaramente di alta qualità. Brandi ha piccoli tesori cari da scoprire in tutte le aree che sono divertenti e aggiungono capricci senza ingombro. La quantità perfetta di personalità per una casetta così divertente.   • Questa è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Brandi è un host eccezionale con risposte rapide. Siamo stati benissimo in questa piccola casa. L'architettura e il design sono sorprendenti. È tutto ciò che ti aspetteresti dagli spettacoli televisivi. Ci sono apparecchi in questo posto che non sapevamo nemmeno esistessero (senza spoiler). Vanno oltre a fare scorta per le nostre esigenze di base, tra cui tè, caffè, spezie, snack, ecc. La nostra parte preferita era la camera dei visitatori con la TV. Fa un po 'caldo se la porta scorrevole non è aperta, quindi tienilo a mente. Sulla proprietà, per lo più ci siamo rilassati all'interno della casa e ci siamo rilassati un po 'fuori, ma il posto è situato convenientemente alla linea di cintura, alcuni ottimi ristoranti e un mercato locale.     The Alpaca Treehouse is one of the most wish listed Airbnbs in the world, honored to be featured as on Episode 9 in Netflix’s “Love is Blind.” We are on all Delta’s inflight commercials right now. We were an Ultimate Treehouse 6 on “Treehouse Masters,” episode found on the Animal Planet website. Also featured on ABC’s Primetime TV Show, "Kevin Probably Saves the World," 3 episodes of the VH1 show "Love & Hip Hop." A multitude of music videos filmed here (Trey Songz was a highlight), indie movies, loads of commercial videography, still photography, intimate events, and weddings. Children over 12 only please. We have the ability to sleep 4 guests but PLEASE keep in mind this is a treehouse, not a tree-mansion. It’s a 12 x12 space with an 8 x12 loft. In our treehouse, you wake up on the queen size memory foam bed in a climate-controlled loft and peer out the large skylight at the swaying zen bamboo. Look to the Southern gable and take in the gorgeous jewel tones of the stained glass and see the bamboo through the French doors. Look to the forest floor to see grazing alpacas and llamas. We also have our beautiful and comfortable swinging rope bed (Bali bed) decked out with a slew of comfy pillows and a full sized mattress! The treehouse is built with all reclaimed architectural antiques, so staying here is like living a jewel box, an art project. Roosters crow nearby because you are on a working farm, in City of Atlanta. You are 15 feet above the forest floor, tucked into the middle of a 80- year old bamboo forest. And there are beautiful Bolivian suri alpacas (like a small llamas with dreadlocks) roaming: Paloma Piper, Caitlin Tastee, Elfie Fay Von Picklesprite, and Sunny Shevoun. We also have two gentle, calm llamas named Dali Llama and Llama Mia Figaro (Figgy) wandering about grazing. This treehouse was built with reclaimed architectural salvaged elements so you have the feeling you are in a historic room with the multi-colored walls of heart of pine beaded board. But the two skylights, with views of the bamboo canopy above, shed dappled light through the vaulted ceiling and remind you that's it's not the late eighteen hundreds. Some of the beaded board was reclaimed from Civil War era homes. The treehouse features several pieces of turn of the century stained glass, heart of pine floors from an old nineteen oh five church, Victorian French doors that open onto a wrap- around catwalk, a composting toilet, heat and air, and electrical throughout. You'll want to sip your coffee or a glass of wine on the large treehouse porch, held up by black locust trees, still sporting their bark. Or maybe you'll want to walk around the deck of the tree house to check out the bamboo forest or the alpacas and llamas. The tree house roof is clad in eighteen sixty-one South Georgia barn tin, so if it rains, you'll have a night of gentle percussive rhythm (we sprayed insulation foam so the treehouse is energy efficient and the roof not too loud). Our stairs are live-edge heart cedar and quite beautiful. The treehouse is wrapped in cedar trim and vintage heart of pine siding salvaged off an old Atlanta house (the porch, so it wasn't painted). We furnished our tree house in antiques and we have a composting toilet, a small fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, 3 gallons of potable water, and an antique enamelware wash basin to wash your face. The fully functional (running water) marble bathroom is a short walk down a rustic path through the bamboo forest. The marble bathroom boasts a gorgeous walk-in shower, a "no rules" toilet, and a vintage restored sink. Contact us if your also interested in having a wedding here (they are so magical), doing engagement photography, shooting music videos, hosting small events in the Bamboo Barn or shooting a television show. These have special rates and terms. But we are happy to accommodate!
    The Neighborhood of East Atlanta The neighborhood is residential but we are a working farm, so you'll hear the crowing of roosters although somewhat muffled by the bamboo. But be mindful that you're in Atlanta and you may hear the occasional siren or traffic sounds during your stay. You'll also hear the birds that live in the bamboo, the humming of alpacas, and the quacking of the nearby ducks. There are a ton of delicious eateries and bars in East Atlanta Village: Argosy, Holy Taco, The Shed, We Suki Suki and the Buford HWY Collective of amazing food vendors, Thai-Sushi, Soba, Midway, Tomatillos, Grant Central Pizza, and The Elder Tree (Irish Pub). We also love Poor Hendrix up on Hosea L. Williams Drive.

    From the outside, the building looks like a single family home but it has been converted into a triplex with one apartment on each floor. The unit you will be staying in is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath on the main level. Please be aware that there is an apartment on the second floor so you may hear some footsteps and activity from above. We do provide a white noise machine in each bedroom for your convenience at night. My favorite thing about this apartment is that it is perfectly located with central access to the entire city while sitting on its own private, wooded lot. It is beautiful inside and out, with a lot of little "nooks" to hang out in. Perfect for romantic retreats, business, or leisure travel. There is an in-ground pool (about 10 ft x 20 ft) in the back yard. **Please be aware: We will be closing the pool permanently after the 2019 season. The pool is open in 2019 until Labor Day weekend. The pool will NOT be available in 2020 or later**

  • La posizione è ottima, vicino allo zoo ATL, ai ristoranti, a breve distanza in auto dal centro e da altri grandi quartieri ATL come Virginia Highland, Inman Park e Old Fourth Ward. Serap ha lasciato opuscoli e suggerimenti / suggerimenti. Lo spazio è confortevole per 2 persone, camera da letto grande con posti a sedere finestra più poltrona, piccola cucina con forno a microonde, lavello, frigo, stoviglie, ecc. C'è anche una piccola zona soggiorno accanto alla cucina. Serap ha incluso snack e bevande per gli ospiti. C'è un Keurig con cialde per caffè e tè. Il bagno era pulito con una doccia rilassante che è stata molto apprezzata dopo tutte le passeggiate che abbiamo fatto. Un sacco di servizi anche in bagno tra cui asciugacapelli. Fan in bagno funziona che è un vantaggio! Molti posti sembrano non avere fan. Non abbiamo mai avuto né troppo freddo né troppo caldo perché c'è un ventilatore a soffitto in camera da letto. Anche avere una voce senza chiave ha funzionato bene. C'è un commissariato di polizia a un paio di isolati di distanza e il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema nemmeno con il Grant Park Summer Shade Festival. Ci sono alcuni nuovi ristoranti e una fabbrica di birra in The Beacon in Grant Avenue. Tutto ciò che avevamo era buono! Baker Dude offre deliziose colazioni e anche Patria Cocina è stata fantastica. Il vicinato è tranquillo. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a piedi al Beacon di notte. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo !!

Lei è un ottimo comunicatore e siamo stati spazzati via dai tocchi extra - aveva una ciotola d'acqua in attesa per il nostro cane e giocattoli tutti preparati per il nostro bambino! Mio marito e non siamo riusciti a superare la sensazione di coziness e hominess l'unità offerto e la posizione non può essere battuto! Siamo andati a un caffè diverso sia i giorni che anche il parco di Grant per il pomeriggio! Ci torneremo la prossima volta che saremo a Atlanta!

    From the outside, the building looks like a single family home but it is actually a triplex with one apartment on each floor. The unit you will be staying in is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the lower level. The apartment is completely self contained (no shared spaces with other units). The bedroom is very spacious with two closets for storage. Please be aware that there is an apartment on the second floor so you may hear some footsteps and activity from above. We do provide a white noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience at night. My favorite thing about this apartment is that it is perfectly located with central access to the entire city while sitting on its own private, wooded lot. Perfect for romantic retreats, business, or leisure travel. There is an in-ground pool (about 10 ft x 20 ft) in the back yard. **Please be aware: We will be closing the pool permanently after the 2019 season. The pool is open in 2019 until Labor Day weekend. The pool will NOT be available in 2020 or later**
    Midtown is one of the most well known and desired neighborhoods in Atlanta. It features many beautiful historic homes and trees as well as close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, public transit and many major attractions.

  • Bella piccola pensione in un quartiere carino vicino a tutto ciò che volevamo. Molto tranquillo e c'era un bel cortile che piaceva ai cani. L'host era molto comunicativo e la casa principale era bellissima. C'era un Keurig con caffè fornito e cheerios con latte per colazione. Asciugamani di qualità e sapone / shampoo forniti. Il letto non era affatto male. Piastra riscaldante e forno a microonde se si desidera cucinare. Sul lato negativo c'è solo abbastanza acqua calda per una doccia alla volta. Inoltre, e soprattutto, c'è una luce di sicurezza proprio fuori dalle porte d'ingresso per lo più in vetro e ci sono persiane traslucide sulle porte. Sfortunatamente si trovano proprio ai piedi del letto ed erano quasi abbastanza luminosi da poter essere letti. Questo ha reso molto difficile dormire, che è una delle cose principali che vuoi fare qui. Non c'era riscaldamento o aria che potessi vedere. C'era un'unità finestra per il raffreddamento e nessun riscaldamento che riuscivo a trovare. Durante la nostra visita c'erano 34 gradi, ma per fortuna ci piace il freddo dentro. Sembra che sarebbe in ombra in estate. Nel complesso, direi che questo posto sarebbe fantastico con alcune buone sfumature di oscuramento.

  • Siamo stati benissimo e rilassandoci. Il posto è davvero carino e i padroni di casa si fanno in quattro. Abbiamo adorato l'acquario e apprezzato i nostri ospiti che ci incontrano lì in modo da poter entrare. Vogliamo sicuramente tornare l'anno prossimo o in estate. È stato davvero fantastico.

  • La pensione era perfetta! Molto bello e pulito con un letto molto comodo. La posizione era abbastanza vicina all'azione senza essere in tutto il traffico.   • Questo è un posto incantevole e accogliente! È davvero pulito, ordinato e funzionale. Ci siamo arrivati relativamente tardi (alle 21:00) a Natale e la maggior parte dei ristoranti aveva chiuso, quindi l'host era molto gentile e ci ha dato abbastanza spaghetti istantanei e riso per durare per due pasti! Anche il frigorifero era rifornito e aiutato molto per la colazione! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui!

  • Ottimo posto per visitare le principali attrazioni di Atlanta, che sono tutte nel giro di un miglio o così e possono essere facilmente raggiungibili a piedi; la stazione MARTA è anche a un solo isolato di distanza, il che lo rende un'ottima posizione se è necessario raggiungere l'aeroporto. Nathan è stato utile e ha reso la nostra permanenza nel suo appartamento liscia e piacevole.

    Private studio apartment with private entry, full kitchen and private bath, located in the Historic West End. Less than 10 minute drive from Downtown Atlanta, major attractions and shopping. Comfortable for two adults, but can accommodate up to four people with pull out sofa bed.
    Only 20 minutes from the airport! Accessible to downtown quickly and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. We host a fully furnished and completely private studio apartment that is attached to our large family home. We live on site next door, but rarely see our guests unless they need help. Access to the apartment is through a private door on our porch. The apartment has two rooms. The spacious main room has a king size bed and a sofa bed. It is separated from the kitchen and dining area by a glass door. Ceiling fans in both rooms as well as a window air-conditioner unit keep the space comfortable in summer time. We have electric heaters throughout the apartment for chilly nights. ~~**There is no central heating, or thermostat.**~~ The apartment has High Speed WiFi and a large wall-mounted TV. We have an Amazon Fire Stick, and a DVD player with over 90 movies in the apartment. The TV can be angled to watch on the couch or from bed.
    We are located in the Historic West End, about 5-15 minutes drive from Downtown Atlanta. Very quiet, residential neighborhood. AIRPORT & PUBLIC TRANSPORAT: -15 minute drive from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport -25-30 minutes via MARTA public transportation. -2 miles from West End MARTA Train Station. -1 block (less than 3 minute walk) from a MARTA bus stop -20 minute walking distance to Kroger Grocery Store, gas station, fast food restaurants, and city bike/scooter rentals. 2 miles away from the new Lee + White development with breweries, food, and scenic places to sit and take photos

    My place is the perfect spot everything to EVERYTHING in the city! You can either walk or catch a minimum Uber ride to any place you need to go. I am next to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, CNN, World Congress Center, Coca-Cola museum, Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, Children's Museum, and the Georgia Aquarium. I am in walking distance to restaurants and bars, and Walmart is only a three-minute ride away. I am only 13 minutes away from the airport, 6 minutes away from Atlantic Station , and 13 minutes away from Lenox Mall/Phipps Plaza, and 10min away from East Lake Golf Course. You can always catch an Uber within a 2 to 5 minute pickup. And on top all of that off, I have the perfect view!!
    My place is a two-bedroom apartment that is very clean, comfortable, cozy, and relaxing.
    ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE MERCEDES-BENZ STADIUM! The neighborhood is quiet except for game nights and concerts. Keep in mind that I live in the heart of the city and in the middle of all of the action when there are events in Atlanta.

    This unit has had some recent upgrades and is a contact project for us. We have other units in the same location for a slightly higher rate that are more "established". This unit includes most items you would need for a comfortable short stay.
    I'll say it...The best thing about this property is the location. If you are here for a conference or to see most of Atlantas major tourist attractions there isn't a property with a better sqft/price ratio within 5-10 miles. We are situated 1 block from the Americas Mart and less than 2-3 blocks from all the major hotels (Hyatt Regency, Marriott Marquis, Westin, etc). We are also under a mile away from the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), which is a pleasant 10-12 min walk through Centennial Olympic Park. The Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke, and the Atlanta Children Museum are all two blocks from our front door. Being located centrally downtown there are plenty of dining options from High End Steakhouses to more casual family dining options all walking distance no more than 5-10 mins away. Most of Atlantas best restaurants are a quick UBER ride away though. (Includes Midtown, Buckhead, Inman Park, Little Five Points, Old 4th Ward etc.)

  • Quello che vedi nelle foto è preciso. Il posto era pulito. Anche la comunicazione con Yasser è stata semplice e veloce. Ha risposto velocemente e ha fatto in modo che stessimo andando bene. Il posto è a pochi passi (circa 5-10 minuti) a World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park e GWCC. Consiglierei ad altre persone di soggiornare in questo posto.

  • Consiglio vivamente questo posto. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, è in centro e hai così tanti ristoranti e bar intorno. Inoltre hai una stazione della metropolitana ed è molto facile arrivarci se arrivi dall'aeroporto di Atlanta. L'appartamento è molto ben arredato e offre splendide viste sul balcone. Anche tutto ciò che serve per cucinare lo troverai in cucina. Yasser era così gentile e avevo bisogno di alcune informazioni e lui ha risposto ai miei messaggi così in fretta.   • Il posto di Nathan si trova in una posizione eccellente, quindi vicino alla stazione dei cinque punti MARTA, ad una sola fermata dalla stazione degli autobus di Greyhound, linea diretta per l'aeroporto, consente di raggiungere facilmente e facilmente la città.     Quiet, well appointed studio apartment above our detached garage behind our house. There is a cozy sitting area on the landing at the top of the stairs to the apartment. Pancake bar on premises !
    sylvan hills is a quiet, wooded suburb built in the 1920s. the folks here are friendly and the pace is laid back.

  • Stare qui è bello come credi. La casa sull'albero è progettata per adattarsi perfettamente a qualsiasi clima, caldo, freddo, piovoso o soleggiato. Peter è anche un ospite fenomenale che aggiunge così tanti piccoli tocchi speciali pur essendo molto rispettoso della tua privacy.   • Questo posto è stato meraviglioso! La vista era fuori dal mondo e sei vicino a tutto in centro. L'aeroporto è a circa 15-20 minuti di distanza a seconda del traffico e il posto era assolutamente elegante e così moderno! Il caldo non è stato un problema. Ci sono stufe nel condominio se fai troppo freddo. Ritornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare ad Atlanta!

    As for dining this location could not be better. Caribou Coffee is just down the block with great local coffee. Needing a breakfast spot, Atlanta’s favorite The Flying Biscuit Cafe is just down the street as well. Other options such as Campagnolo Restaurant & Bar, Willy’s Mexicana Grill, and Varuni Napoli are other great options for dining. Looking for things to do. Add Piedmont Park, Atlanta’s Beltline, Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and Atlantic Station to your list and you will not be disappointed!

Pillows and mattress pad are deep-washed with detergent at least once a month. Hard surfaces, knobs, handles, hair dryer, switches are wiped with disinfectant wipes. Shower and sink/counter in bathroom get a final wipe down with disinfectant after any heavier cleaning that might be needed. Commode is cleaned, inside and out, using Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, and disinfectant wipes. We do not administer a set of guest keys. You may lock your doors when present from the inside. There’s a $50 charge for opening locked doors after 8 pm. Always check lampshades, using masking tape to pull off static dust.
