We are experienced super hosts and pride ourselves on exceeding our guests expectations and providing a wonderful break. *Bed 2 is in open area, perfect for younger guests* Please note there is restricted height and stairs at points. From the rear of the apartment there are widespread views across Rye over towards the Romney Marshes. From the front you have a birds eye view of the pretty high street, ideal for enjoying events such as our Bonfire celebrations and Christmas in Rye. We have a great selection of cafes and restaurants on our doorstep.

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
