Excellent stay! Apartment is very large, clean, and well kept. Beds are comfortable and wifi is strong enough for remote work. The area feels very safe and nearest large grocery store is about 15 minute walk away. Highly recommend!!

We always love coming to Umufe, it is so beautiful and peaceful. A special place for our family, we keep on coming back!

This slice of paradise is such a good place to get away for a few days. The garden is stunning and so relaxing, chickens roaming around, lots of birds to spot, as it's right at the waterfront of lake Muhazi. In the evening, sit on the veranda with a fire and wake up early for a refreshing swim. You can easily cook for yourself with all pots, pans and cutlery that is available, but if you want there's a couple of restaurants in the area as well that you can check out.. Did I already mention how beautiful the garden is? :-) I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back here. Thank you Dominik and Naomie!

A peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing away from the noise.

Amazing stay on Muhazi and can’t wait to come back! Perfect for a weekend getaway outside of Kigali. The location is beautiful right on the lake and near to Fish Pub, the staff onsite were very helpful and made a fire for us in the evening, and we loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen. Great communication from the host as well. A very peaceful and welcoming place!

La villa está en plena renovación, un lavado de cara importante para una casa antigua, pero bien situada, protegida y acogedora. Por la noche podrás disfrutar de conversaciones mágicas alrededor del fuego y compartir momentos con los anfitriones. Ha sido estupendo! Outstanding cottage with a perfect view of the volcanos. Loved canoeing the lakes, watching the birds, and enjoying the lake fish at the nearby restaurants. Perfect getaway from the busyness of the city and towns. Even extended the stay by another day of peace and quiet. Would happily return!
