The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Organic eggs are in the fridge for you to enjoy from our free range chickens. Close to Colgate/Morrisville/Hamilton Colleges.

Welcome to The Indian Lake House, a 3-floor luxury lakefront home on Indian Lake, centrally located in the Adirondacks. Enjoy the perfect nature getaway with all the comforts of home. The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

We welcome you to a week away from the daily grind to a beautiful, secluded cabin in the woods. This newly renovated home features 3 BR (1 King, 2 Queen), 2 baths, & a bunkroom w/8 twin beds. Finished in wall-to-wall pine and a fireplace for that cozy cabin ambiance. Enjoy the new outdoor Hot Tub! Mudroom for ATV or snow gear. Snowmobile Trail directly behind Cabin! Only a few miles to ATV trail access! Conveniently located near town for all your needs. Private/plentiful parking + garage.

This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Walk to the village and sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). April is a slower month with restaurants and businesses shifting their hours. We will provide each guest with a local guide to let you know what's available. It's a great time to schedule Chef Justin for a Private Chef Brunch or Dinner (or both).

Charming house in a quite family neighborhood with new furniture, high speed internet, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and Keurig machine. Bright living, dining, and two guest rooms located on first floor reflect welcome with lovely décor. In the bathroom you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, shampoo, body gel, vanity kit items and blow dryer. Washer and Dryer for laundry available upon request.
