I had a wonderful weekend stay at this charming cabin in Point Roberts. The cabin itself is very cute with modern, stylish decor that made it feel cozy and welcoming. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The internet worked perfectly, which was a great plus, but the real highlights were the outdoor amenities. I absolutely loved the hot tub – it was perfect for both peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings. The outdoor fireplace and seating area added such a beautiful and thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing getaway and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My family of four stayed at Nyna's to attend a wedding over the Labour Day long weekend and enjoy some relaxation time at Rathtrevor Beach. The cabin had an absolutely perfect location for our purposes. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the beach, but we also drove to Rathtrevor whenever the kids insisted on bringing an excessive number of toys to play in the sand. The cabin itself was exactly as described and pictured. We were not entirely sure of our check-in time due to needing to pick up supplies on our way to the cabin, but Nyna still stuck around to welcome us in person upon our arrival and give us a personal tour of the place. She was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We would highly recommend her place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you, Nyna!

What a lovely stay! The accomodations were very clean and well appointed, and I loved all the windows! The farm animals were delightful, the goats would greet me every time I went outside (waiting for carrots of course!). Lots of sun for most of the day, it was so nice to sit outside on the deck in the sunshine watching the animals. And the hottub was very relaxing and private. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Judy’s cabin was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and great location. It was spacious for our family. It’s right across from the pool/gym, a short walk to mini golf and the beach. Judy was very attentive and responded quickly to messages. Thank you Judy! We look forward to staying again 😊

Gayle and Lee were amazing hosts!! We were greeted by the hosts at check-in and they had already set-up for us the woodstove fire place. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and spotless floors. What really stood out to us was all of the personal touches from the freshly baked sourdough bread with butter and jam to a folder full of recommendations to build your own personalized itinerary. Unfortunately on the night of check-in my partner got the stomach flu. We informed the hosts and they leaped into action to help us in every way possible. They provided us with medication and disinfection to prevent myself from getting sick as well. They also graciously offered us an extra complimentary night for my partner to rest. We can't wait to come back!!

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Willo's Woodsy Dream Cabin in Madeira Park. Its exactly what you would want a cabin in the woods to be, it was old and rustic but didn't seem outdated at all. All appliances were functioning and beds were comfy. There are a few neighbours within close proximity but it still felt very private. There were a couple little restaurants and a grocery/liquor store is nearby. 15mins to walk, or faster to drive of course. The hot tub was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Wanda was an amazing host with one of the most beautiful and well kept properties we have seen. She was unbelievably accommodating and had the most lovely energy. We really enjoyed how spacious the cottage was, as well as all of the amenities — such as the well stocked kitchen and the thoughtful touches placed throughout the house. The gardens were extremely beautiful and she provided a propane tank for us when we decided to use the grill. We felt very welcome and loved the company of her dog dusty as well 💕 we would absolutely return for a serene getaway again!

Brian and Shannon are some of the best hosts I've ever met. They have exceptional hospitality, are super cool and are realizing such a stunning vision of their property. Hosting a pizza night was an unexpected treat and got to meet other guests. It is a slice of heaven. From the sauna and cold plunge to the hot tub and fire pit and bbq to the wonderful setting nestled in trees this place exceeded expectations. I biked from Vancouver with the Sunshine Coast connector for one cheat leg. It's not that hard to get to and loved having my bike to explore. Go to Emily's lake for a trail run. Also as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. Recommend and hope to be back.

We absolutely loved staying at the farm! Lisa is very welcoming and the animals are irresistible. The yurt was charming and peaceful and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We loved visiting with the donkeys (Stanley & Ollie), goats, and cows (Evangeline & Lulu) while strolling through the farm, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It was as perfect a getaway as we could have hope for. Thank you!

Alderwood Farm is a magical place. It's calm and serene. It's a wonderful escape from city life and we can't wait to come back.

The cabin’s layout was thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and views of nature. The place was very clean and welcoming. It was the ideal place to disconnect and truly take in the serene surroundings. The outdoor sauna was a highlight – it was phenomenal, offering a relaxing experience with stunning views of the river. Overall, it was peaceful and rejuvenating for my partner and I, and we recommend it for anyone looking to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet.

This was a cozy and quiet place to stay. The pictures don't do it justice as it is much cuter in person.

This log cabin was amazing!!! We were shocked at how beautiful the cabin itself and the surrounding area was. Margaret was an incredible host— she was so kind and provided lots of blankets and coffee and snacks and wood for the fire place which was a nice treat. The cabin was super cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom and kitchen specifically were stocked which was very useful because we were coming from out of town without many things. The property was beautiful and we saw deer and lots of bunnies, and there are dozens of trails to check out within walking distance. Some of the prettiest sceneries I’ve ever seen!! Would definitely recommend this cabin, it was a lot nicer than it even looks in the photos :)

Neo & Sky's place is a great small oasis in the Forrest, with lots of love for small details and cozy cabins. We had a great stay! The open kitchen concept and showers give it a natural touch, though I guess when it gets colder it could be more inconvenient. hence, perfect place for the summer months!

April 2025 Just spent 3 nights at the Cozy Cabin and it was amazing. So clean and tidy, peaceful and lovely location with easy walking access into Nancys Bakery, the Gallery and the Boardwalk restaurant. This truly is a gem to stay at. It was a pleasure talking to Simone as she gave lots of great advice for biking and restaurants.

Cozy, peaceful, calm, nice big trees all around, can just lightly hear the ocean and wildlife from the home. The ocean beach is in view from the window and a short walk through grass away. Pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves during the weekdays. Town is a 15 minute drive. Host is friendly and quick to answer any questions.

The place was maintained neat and clean. No Complaints. Most suitable for 6 members. Watch out on hot water, may not be enough if more than 6 members. Will be good if a microwave was provided. Overall Nice one.

Mara’s is a truly exquisite place to stay. Words almost cannot convey how pampered you feel as you experience some of the most beautiful surroundings that nature has to offer. Kim was an amazing host… Proactive, took time to write us so that we would look and listen for the whales, right out in front of the house, asked after our arrival plans and consulted on making sure the ferry would get us there at the time we wanted to arrive. The house is beautifully furnished and is just as it appears in the photos. We felt very cozy and pampered, freed up to enable us to stay in or go out and explore the wildlife.

Patti & Corrine’s place was exactly what we were looking for. You have a wonderful view of the ocean through the trees. Though there are other houses around you, it felt very private. There cottage is surrounded by trees & open grass to walk around. Waking up & ending the day to the sounds of birds was beautiful. We even saw a fawn on the property. They do have two cats which we only saw once & they were very friendly. The beach is a 2 min walk down a quiet street. The cottage itself is my dream home. It’s simple but homey. We loved the personal decor & book selections about the area & wildlife. We slept with the windows open to let in the cool ocean air. In the mornings I stood in the living room watching the sunrise through the giant window. I could have moved into their cottage if it was allowed. It was perfect. Patti was also wonderful at giving suggestions of things to do & explaining the ins & outs of the cottage. I highly recommend staying here! You won’t regret it!

Took my parents here for a long weekend trip. Property was absolutely beautiful and was even nicer and bigger in person. The inside was very clean and all appliances were well maintained. Vlado was a great host and replied quickly to messages. Even when a small issue occurred (that was out of their control) he tried to solve the issue immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Lovely place overall, would definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite places Ive stayed anywhere. So perfectly executed in every way. The Cabin was a jewel box from a architectural perspective and the view towards the water was mesmerizing. I would highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back and stay at The Perch or The Shed!
