Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.

Welcome to our west coast escape that is only a short walk to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown Parksville. Enjoy our little sanctuary in this quiet neighbourhood. This custom timber frame chalet has been rebuilt from the ashes of the old chalet that was originally built in the 80's. Basecamp Chalet gives guests the opportunity to gaze over Strathcona Park, watch the sunrises, sunsets, and moonscapes, and have a the perfect spot to experience storm watching and the snow flakes fall. Walking and hiking trails right outside the front door. A perfect getaway in any season. You will be renting the upper main two floors of the chalet.
