This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. There was lots of sweat and love that went into every detail to make this home luxurious, comfortable and fresh. Who wouldn’t love a brand new home surrounded by garden, fruit, vegetables and nature. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

This rustic tiny home is architecturally designed and constructed almost entirely of recycled materials gathered from house demolitions. Relax with the family at this peaceful oceanfront apartment. Upstairs 2 bedroom self contained unit with full ocean views from the relaxing balcony, Kitchen, main bedroom and lounge area. Under cover car parking for 1 car, main bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, Nespresso Coffee machine. Lounge area with smart TV, free wifi. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting and there is an indoor dining setting also.

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.
