Beautifully built farmhouse cottage tucked away with gorgeous views minutes to downtown Salisbury and I-85. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch overlooking sprawling wooded acres and farm. One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!
