Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. A modern scandinavian style apartment (39 sq.) close to Rovaniemi city center with nice river and city view. Our apartment has private entrance and can comfortably fit up to four persons. Ounasvaara hiking just around the corner, city center with many restaurants and attractions reachable by walking. Kitchen/sauna/shower/toilet/aircon/washing machine/air dryer/bed linen and towels included/TV/Chromecast/Free Wi-Fi/furnished private terrace/car heating socket.

Grazioso cottage con tutti i comfort su un ampio terreno. Il centro di Rovaniemi dista solo circa 25 km. Anche il Villaggio di Babbo Natale e l'aeroporto distano circa 25 km. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici. Le strade sono ben tenute anche in inverno. Il cottage è facile da raggiungere. Se lo desiderate, è possibile organizzare il trasporto con un'auto Mercedes Benz Vito a un costo aggiuntivo. L'auto non è disponibile per il noleggio separato.

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Siisti biokäymälä. Aurinko sähköt, voi ladata puhelinta ja tietokonetta. Kaasuliesi. Ovi ja ikkunat uusittu tuvan puolelle sekä laitettu lisälämpöeristys sisäpuolelle. Voi majoittua myös talvella.
