This is the best place we’ve stayed in Steamboat. The place has everything and is close to a shuttle stop. The are hooks, ziplock bags, chip clips, tissues and the best kids toys we’ve seen at a place. We’d definitely stay here again.

Dana is a wonderful host! Her place is clean, warm + cozy with a great view of the slopes. We got lucky with a lot of fresh snow + were able to keep an eye on the groomers at night long after the lifts had closed. Perfect place for a couple looking to explore Steamboat for a few days!

Great place to stay for a ski weekend! Ligia was a great host. We didn’t need any assistance during our stay, but she was very helpful during booking in answering all questions. Comfortable beds, clean, sauna, hot tub, pool. Short shuttle away from the base of the mountain. Great weekend!

Amazing stay! Great location, you’re super close to the resort and right next to a city market. Kitchen had everything you need and more. Woke up to the sound of birds chirping in the window, truly serene. If needing a quick get away, whether it’s a day on the mountain or just enjoying what steam boat has to offer, this is a great choice!

Great spot! The property was great and super helpful during our entire stay! Shuttle to the mountain was super easy. Would 100% stay again!

This place worked great for our trip. We did wear regular shoes and boots to walk to the base of the mountain and stored them in a locker each day. However, you could have worn your boots there. We felt like the walk back (which is uphill) would not have been fun in ski boots.

Tom was the best host I have ever experienced with Airbnb. He was accommodating above and beyond and so, very kind. Every question was answered quickly and with thoughtfulness. The home was beautiful and it was obvious that a lot of time and care has gone into creating a cozy, beautiful, well appointed home. We could have not asked for anything more. Thank you Tom for your hospitality!!!

Our stay was excellent! The house was well equipped and had ample space for our group to share meals and quality time together. The location was very convenient with only a short walk to the base area of the mountain. The parking arrangements here are unmatched in Steamboat, with space for multiple vehicles and the garage and mudroom areas were spacious to store and dry our ski gear inside. I will certainly look for this location in future trips to Steamboat.

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

My stay at Emily’s place was wonderful. The cabin is cozy and in a beautiful location. It was so nice to be in a small remote town and have access to cross country skiing and snow showing just down the street. Emily was very responsive whenever there was a question and I really hope to stay again!

This place is top notch. It is filled with lovely fancy stuff but still feels very homey. Even with the max people, the place is large enough that you can spread out & find privacy. Great kitchen. Very well stocked. There is a lovely deck off the dining room where you can sit in the afternoon sun. We even saw a lovely fox walk through the yard. The lower family room is awesome & allowed the adults to play games, watch TV & socialize well into the night especially since we have wee ones that go to bed early. The beds were very comfortable, every bedroom with its own bathroom. Fergus is a lovely host and was quick to respond & assist us with any and all inquiries. The free bus is literally across the road, and walking to Gondola Square just takes about 15" and is quite pleasant. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

Great, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo about 200 yards from the mountain - easily walk to and ski on. Unit includes 1 covered parking spot - directly across from the hot tub. Unit was neat, nicely decorated and clean with all the appliances you could need. Unfortunately, the weekend we were there the cable/Wi-Fi did not work at all and had to connect via my phone, connected my laptop to stream (March Madness).

Staying at this place in Steamboat Springs felt like the perfect mix of comfort and escape. The bedroom was huge—honestly one of the biggest I’ve ever stayed in—with its own private patio upstairs, which was great for quiet mornings or stargazing at night. I had everything I needed: a work desk, laundry in-unit, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi that hit the spot after long days, and even a hot tub to wind down in. The two-car garage was a nice bonus, especially with how cold it got—speaking of which, the heating was just right throughout the place. What stood out most was the setting and how peaceful it felt. It’s surrounded by other resorts and condos, but it never felt crowded—just scenic and relaxing. My guests kept saying how much they loved it, and I couldn’t agree more. The host was super helpful and clearly knew the area well. Their guidebooks—especially the digital one—came in clutch for finding places to eat and things to do. It really made the whole trip smoother and more enjoy

Great value wish I had known about the deck with just a couple steps before I hauled my luggage up the inside stairs, but maybe that was just me not paying attention. At any rate it was great for hauling ski gear in and out every day. I had a great time with my adult children.

Outstanding experience! Lauren’s condo is updated and clean stocked with all of the essential amenities; coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, wine opener, etc. every detail has been thought through. The temperature of the condo is perfect. We loved using the washer and dryer each day. The location is right at the base with immediate access to everything. The Torian Plum staff is professional, kind, and helpful. The Vacassa shuttle takes you anywhere you would like to go local or downtown with just a phone call reservation. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes…..so amazing! We highly recommend this unit and we look forward to visiting again! Thank you Lauren!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect - shops/restaurants close by, plus a short drive or bus ride to both the resort and the town. Despite being so close to everything, the condo felt secluded, surrounded by evergreens and views of the mountains. We appreciated the ability to gather in the main room and eat/watch movies in front of the fireplace. The beds were comfy, and three bathrooms was a major plus! If you're not an early riser, we suggest eye masks for sleeping in the loft area. Finally, we can't say enough about our hosts. One member of our group left an iPad behind, and the hosts were amazingly helpful in making arrangements to return it.

(March 2025) We felt right at home at this updated ski-in / ski-out condo, which came well-stocked with tons of spices and lots of basics in the kitchen. The furniture was new, functional and well-thought out. As a top-floor unit, the cathedral ceilings made the place feel extra roomy - my wife and shared the single-bedroom unit with a high-schooler for half a week before our college-age child joined us, and while we ran into occasional traffic jams in the bathroom with 4 people, we never felt cramped. Host was super-responsive with communications and accommodating. 40 minutes door to door from Hayden Airport. Note that the trail to access the slopes may be trickier for beginner skiers or when it's icy, so some of our group preferred to walk across the parking lot to the far side of building B which was an easier access point.

This was great. It was a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the gondola. The place is clean, comfortable and well cared for. The locker at Creekside is a great perk. Truly sleeps 5 people, would be great for a family or small group. It was exactly as billed. I would 100% stay here again next time in Steamboat. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful spring break trip with family. Great apartment right in downtown Steamboat Spring - we love the location (vs. at the mountain base) for it’s restaurants, walkability, proximity to the Yampa River and general “real town, not resort-y” vibe. And the free bus makes getting to the ski mountain (and other local area) very easy. The apartment itself was great. Plenty large to accommodate the five of us comfortably and very comfortable (had a couple movie nights on the big comfy couch). Everything was very clean and organized, and we took advantage of the washer/dryer several times (helped us pack more efficiently). We all loved the views of both downtown and the mountains out the windows. John and Kimberly were great. Super responsive and very clear with directions, etc. This is our second consecutive year staying here and we hope to do it again next year. Everything was great!

Amanda's place is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay! The complex was (mostly) quiet, it was only a short walk to the bus stop and even closer to the pool/hot tubs. Inside we loved the cozy blankets and the room set up was perfect for our family.
