While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Elegantly furnished, new home with ocean views and a direct path to the beach. This is a perfect place to relax, love, dream and be free. The beautiful outdoor setting has an open firepit and BBQ (firewood supplied). Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is a direct pathway from the property to the ocean. 4WD access is possible from Rules Beach Road (just a few hundred metres away). Note that this property does NOT allow pets at any time.
