Thank you for having us! Bryan’s Road was a perfect location to unplug, reconnect with loved ones, and enjoy nature. The house was perfectly clean, stocked with anything you’d need (and more), and the hosts were very responsive. You can tell they take pride in offering you the best stay possible.

This place is absolutely beautiful! It was impeccably clean and offered stunning views! The night was wonderfully quiet, making it feel like we were in our own serene world. The layout of the space is amazing, and to top it off, there’s a delightful winery “Firefly” just a short 20-foot walk away! The hot tub was the perfect addition, providing a relaxing way to unwind while enjoying the views. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This was a great staycation. We stayed here to go to Sixflags but got rained out so we stayed inside most of our stay and we were not disappointed. Very quaint and cute cottage. Had everything we needed. Quiet. Gave an off-the-grid feel but the WiFi was awesome if anyone was worried! It was super fast which is shocking given the secluded vibes. I would recommend!

Great stay, nice place with all the amenities you need for a longer stay (we stayed for a week). Would definitely recommend, each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower for getting ready which was nice.

Bring mobility challenged , I loved the location because I was still able to walk to the restaurants in the immediate area. That being said, the bedroom is lofted ( I knew that when I reserved) but the pictures showed a sofa in the living room that looked perfect and it was! After the first night, I realized that the sofa could turn into a bed ; however I had slept so well I never opened it up to use it as a bed! The TV was huge, the microwave looked brand new and worked easily. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Had a wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful cottage set on gorgeous farm acreage. My 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks and I loved the private, serene setting and really appreciated that the entire property was fenced. We enjoyed visiting all of the varied animals on the property —- ducks, cattle, donkeys, and chickens. The Adirondack chairs on the pond’s dock were a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. I met Nick upon my arrival, who was super welcoming and provided several local recommendations. Stone Tower Winery is only ~2.4 miles from the property (which is fabulous- thanks, Nick!), and many other wineries are also within a 10-15 minute drive. Downtown Leesburg is less than 10 minutes away, with loads of great restaurants. We were in town for a large lure coursing event at the Oatlands, so this property was perfectly located at just 4 miles away! Finally, we really enjoyed meeting Nick’s mom, Terri, upon our departure Sunday morning. Super hospitable! We will be back!

The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive, which made the whole experience even better. The listing description was accurate, everything was spotlessly clean, the AC worked perfectly, and check-in was super easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay!

The place was exactly how it was presented. It was comfortable and cozy; well decorated, clean and nice. We enjoyed how close it was to everything and it was easy to catch the tram to King station and take the metro into DC. The frozen custard shop across the street was delicious!

Sweet and comfortable home in a delightful location in the heart of historic Leesburg. We loved walking to local independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Deanna's house has maintained the historic charm that makes the area so appealing!

In the area for business for a few days and it was a very peaceful place to stay to get out of the “city”. Reminded me of staying at Grandma’s house when I was younger. Slept great at night.

This farmhouse cottage was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway! The space is just beautiful, and the location is convenient. While you’re a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and vineyards, the cottage is tucked away on a quiet country road in a way that makes you feel “away from it all”. Stephanie provided us with eggs from her chicken coop, and we loved making breakfast in the mornings before heading out for wine tasting and shopping :) Stephanie was also a very responsive host which is always appreciated. We highly recommend booking this cottage, and we hope to be back soon!
