The apartment includes two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, as well as amenities like shower gel and soap for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a raclette and fondue set, perfect for cozy Swiss evenings or delightful culinary experiences. The open-plan living and dining area impresses with high-quality designer furniture and ample space for relaxation. Large windows offer views of the church square, various restaurants, and small shops, along with a glimpse of a small stream nearby and the stunning Zermatt mountains. The Matterhorn Express is approximately 400 meters away, and the Gornergratbahn is about 600 meters from the flat. Everything is easily accessible via the ski bus, with the nearest bus stop located just 150 meters away at the church bridge, and shops. In this flat, you are right in the village and feel like a true Zermatt resident, while at the same time it is an ideal starting point for an active hiking or skiing holiday. The Matterhorn Express is about 400 metres away and the Gornergratbahn about 600 metres, but everything is accessible by ski bus. The nearest bus stop is only 150 metres away at the church bridge.

Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

Our Chalet Calmis was built in 2014. It’s a modern wooden Chalet and it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the village Zermatt. It’s a 7-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is our vacation home which we furnished and decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. The apartment has an open design and therefore provides a lot of space. We ourselves live in Zurich. Calmis is our second home and we are very much looking forward to welcome you very soon.

I servizi aggiuntivi includono la connessione Wi-Fi ad alta velocità (adatta per le videochiamate), una TV e una lavatrice. Inoltre, è disponibile una sauna privata. Baita caratteristica situata in un alpeggio (7 costruzioni) a 1000 mt sul livello del mare. Raggiungibile solo a piedi (40 min.) dal paese di Miazzina (VB) su sentiero di montagna. Permette di gustare l'atmosfera wilderness del vicino Parco Nazionale della Val Grande offrendo una vista incantevole sul Lago Maggiore. La baita è fornita di caldaia a legna per l' acqua calda e di un pannello fotovoltaico per l'illuminazione e per il caricamento di apparecchi elettronici .
