Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. You can either access the building from the main door which works with a magnetic key or from the private parking (Floor -2). Either me or a co-host will welcome you at the check-in. I am helpful, reliable and precise, exactly as I would like my Airbnb host to be when I travel as a guest. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. Even though I am not always around, I have arranged some co-hosts who can assist you in case of emergency. However I am available on the phone all the time, 7 days a week. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

L’appartamento di 85 m² posto al terzo piano completamente arredato, così composto : soggiorno, una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno en suite con cabina doccia, cucina abitabile, 2 altre camere da letto, 1 bagno e 1 WC separata, il tutto circondato da un terrazzo panoramico di 35 m² con vista mare e montagne. Il residence dispone di uno spazio esterno con una grande piscina, la seconda piscina poco profonda per i bambini piccoli e due docce all’aperto. E’ accessibile dalle 9:00 alle 21:00 da giugnio al 30 settembre. La posizione del residence a 100 metri dal mare in un quartiere tranquillo permette di raggiungere spiaggia e ristoranti in pochi passi, mentre i negozi del centro cittadino sono a 5 min a piedi. L'immediata vicinanza della stazione ferroviaria di Carnoles e di una fermata dell'autobus permette di raggiungere Monaco o Mentone in meno di 10 minuti, l'Italia in 20 minuti o di fare un viaggio di un giorno per scoprire Nizza, Cannes e altri gioielli della Costa Azzurra. L'appartamento è quindi particolarmente adatto alle famiglie che desiderano passare una piacevole vacanza nei dintorni così come ai gruppi che devono recarsi a Monaco per vari eventi (Gran Premio di Formula 1, Monte Carlo Masters, etc.) o fiere (Monaco Yacht Show, Sportel...). Infine, l'alloggio include un garage chiuso (dimensioni 5m di profondità, 2m50 di larghezza e 1m90 di altezza di passaggio) nel parcheggio sotterraneo del residence, che è indispensabile durante il periodo estivo.
