Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

We truly enjoyed our stay at Liubov’ s house. House was warm and cozy for these cold winter days. It was a perfect space for a family of 4 and probably would have been easy to accommodate another couple. Surroundings were spectacular, lake was 2min away and it was frozen so the local kids were skating or simply sliding on the ice. Winter wonderland outside and coziness inside. We look forward to coming back hopefully in the summer. Thank you for everything.

the neighbourhood is a bit worn off but the apartment itself was very nice. Location was perfect with dogs, as there is a nice park just outside the apartment.

This personalized apartment was truly excellent! The apartment is peaceful and quiet. It bright because of the roof windows. The apartment has everything you need. We especially appreciated the washing machine as we only travel with hand luggage. The location is also great. It is about a 20-minute walk from the train or bus station. Trams 1 and 11 stop right next to the house. Stops for several other lines are also within a short walk. But if you like walking, the apartment is within walking distance of the city center. Across the street is Barona Centrs, which has a RIMI grocery store and other shops. There are also several cafes and restaurants nearby. We liked the apartment very much and I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful one-month stay at Laura’s apartment. Although the apartment is small, it’s incredibly well-organized and surprisingly comfortable. It had everything we needed — and even more than what you’d typically expect from a short-term rental. The layout is very practical, making excellent use of the space, and the apartment feels cozy and functional. It's located in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center, which was perfect for us. Laura was an amazing host — always responsive, very helpful, and open to communication. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful and would happily return!

Hatten einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt bei Ludmila. Preis/Leistung ist wirklich top. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und schön eingerichtet. Auch durften wir freundlicherweise den Kamin benutzen. Die Anbindung an die Altstadt mit dem Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls top, innerhalb von 15min ist man mit Bus und Bahn dort. Dass die Bahnlinie vor der Haustür stört, kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Klar, hört man die Bahn gelegentlich vorbeifahren, nachts hat das aber nicht gestört, zumal die Bahn tief in der Nacht gar nicht fährt.

Hohes Maß an Gastfreundschaft und angebotener Unterstützung. Angeln im Hauseigenen Fisch- und Schwimmteich war kein Problem. Klopapier und Trinkwasser, inkludiert, so viel, wie wir brauchten. Gab es Probleme, wurden diese zeitnah gelöst. Um die Pflege des Whirlpools wurde dich Proaktiv gekümmert. Wir bekamen tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Ideal für größere Familien oder gemeinsam reisende Freunde.

Thanks to the host! The place is clean, the house is spacious, and the sauna is great. They were also very helpful and responsive. I recommend visiting, especially in the summer season.

Amazing house, very big and homey , with everything a family needs for a long stay from touts for the beach, games, books and cooking equipment. Beautiful garden and friendly hosts.

The place is amazing. it's very spacious and lucrative. the Host is very forthcoming and helpful. If i could i would give it 12/10. highly recommended and we are already thinking about the day when we go back there.

Paikka oli loistava isommalle porukalle. hyvät tilat ja riittävästi makuupaikkkoja. Ainoastaan ruokapöydän puuttuminen oli pieni miinus. Aamupala tarjoilut onnistui hyvin baaritiskillä ja disko tilan pöydillä.

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back as it seems I found my power place. All fits together to make this masterpiece of a property - beautiful tranquil location in the midst of a national park, architectural gem - an outstanding modern design reimagined within the heritage codes of Latvian farmsteads. The most serene place that encourages family to come together where my 10 year old daughter didn’t even have the time for her devices being fully absorbed in fishing (there’s own pond), playing outside or watching fallen stars at the fireplace at night. The house is fully equipped and “smart” so on a rainy day you could fully immerse yourself in cooking, listening to the music, or watching series - WiFi works great. Davis is a great responsive host, and I hope will welcome us again soon. As we are sure to go back.
