Unfortunately, at this time there is no dishwasher. Also, please do not move any of the space heaters - they are on separate circuits now.
You can hear the creek inside the cabin. It flows all the time. We love the sound and so do most people but if that bothers you please bring some earplugs.

This was a great little, rustic cabin. The cabin is surrounded by trees and has a deck overlooking a river. If you are looking for a simple place to stay and enjoy nature then I would highly recommend this cabin.

Great location if you want to explore Mount Rainier. Nice stream flowing right behind the house. Very cozy and comfortable. I could sit on that deck for hours. Thanks again Dirk

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The stream running behind the house is awesome to sit by and soak your feet in the cold water after a long day hiking. The cabin is a rustic cabin in the woods so don't expect 5 star hotel accommodations but it was a lot of fun to stay in. The only issue we had was the heat. It was hot during the day but cooled off at night. Keeping the doors open allows some airflow but it would be better if there were more windows to open, most don't open. There are a lot of fans in the cabin which helps. It would be perfect in spring, winter, or fall when it is not so hot out. The stay would be even better if there was internet access available as our phones lost service a couple miles down the road. I was tempted to ask some neighbors if they would give us their WiFi password. One thing is the pool does have WiFi so if you need it the pool is only a couple blocks away and it is a very nice pool. It did help keep my teenagers off their phones for a while though. The location is excellent with a short drive to Mt Rainier and we made the day trip to Mt Saint Helens. Mt Rainier was simply amazing!! Well worth the stay if you just want to get away from it all and see some incredible scenery.

I love air bnb! Sometimes you just get lucky and can find the perfect place for your needs. Dirks family cabin felt like home and had everything my 2 year old son and I needed. Not only was it well equipped and in a beautiful, quiet location, there were Lincoln logs and a pile of dump trucks and tractors for my son to play with, buying me about 30 minutes to sit on the deck by the creek to enjoy a glass of wine:). S'mores at the camp fire...close to the entrance of my ranier NP. Just a really peaceful place to stay. Thank you!

This cabin is a gem. Don't expect everything to be ultramodern or state-of-the-art. But let's be honest, that's exactly the charm and magic of this fantastic place. This cabin has clearly seen countless hours of fun in all seasons, an we'd strongly suggest to go here to add your own memories to it.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. It was the perfect location for our Mt Rainier visit. The house was right on a beautiful creek and it was so lovely! We enjoyed our breakfast out on the patio. The sound of the creek is so soothing from inside the cabin too. Loved the welcome flowers! The cabin has some constructions going on but was kept neat. Lots of toys for the kids, my 10-year-old loved it. Thanks for hosting us!
