LOVED is an understatement. This is the perfect place for a getaway in the mountains. Games and puzzles are provided- rustic and cabin like feel. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back in the summer at some point!

Dirk was a wonderful host. Our trip was cut short due to bad weather and he had no problem refunding us for the nights we didn't stay.

Great secluded location on a creek near White Pass resort, and not far from Packwood. A rustic and cozy cabin where you can truly disconnect from it all. Are only complaint was the fact that the shower backed up and we could not shower -- pretty important on a three night snow boarding trip. Also, washer was non-functional. The need to chop wood was cool, as was the stove. Hoping owner appreciates that the need to make an adjustment for the non-functional facilities.

Risposta di Dirk:
We take care of the cabin and are very quick to respond to any issues. We have a great team of experts. The bathtub drain was closed. The lever is in plain sight right under the faucet inside the bathtub. The bathtub could have easily been drained by pressing the lever down. Regarding the washer that was an unfortunate break. We ordered a replacement part immediately. We are giving them one mutually agreed upon complimentary night this summer. It is common practice to desire a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. At this time, Airbnb does not allow us to customize regular 2 night minimums except for holiday 3 night minimums.

This place is exactly as Dirk describes it it is a Cozy Coal Creek cabin. We arrived the day before Christmas, lots of snow everywhere. the parking and pathway to the house of been cleared of snow. What a nice welcome! We were fortunate enough to have almost a foot of snow fall while here. It truly was enjoyable sittting in the living room with the lights out watching the snow fall throughout the evening. The fireplace was well supplied by Dirk so that we had plenty of seasoned wood to keep the cabin cozy. We highly recommend this place to anybody seeking peace and quiet and/or a base for area recreation.

Great secluded Cabin that comes with just about everything you need. We easily cooked a Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. It's the perfect base for Rainier National Park or White Pass. Will be heading back here in the future.
