Ground level unit. Approx. 770 sq.ft. of interior space and 80 sq.ft. of exterior decks. Configured as one-bedroom/one-bath/open-plan residence.

Bamboo hardwood floors throughout living areas. Granite counter-tops in kitchen and maple panel cabinets. Energy Star rated appliances include stainless steel dish washer, refrigerator and stove. Washer/dryer in unit.
Two A/C and heating wall mounted units with remote (one in living room, one in bedroom). 120 gal hot water tank with solar pre-heat panel on roof.

The unit is oriented and glazed to maximize the gorge and river views to the west and the escarpment cliffs Coyote Walls (Syncline) to the north.

A LEED / Energy Star rated residence.

Queen size bed with pillow-top and down comforter.

The railroad track and I-84 are close by and there is some noise associated with proximity. While there is not active whistle blowing, there may be some vibration from the railroad traffic. To combat the noise there is sound mitigating glazing provided at all windows on the view riverside which is exposed to I-84 and the railroad. Additional sound insulation between units is provided at party walls to reduce noise transference.
Lights in ceiling are cool lights and not flood lights.
There is Apple TV in the unit.

I would highly recommend this property to any adults seeing a getaway! Beautiful inside sand out plus convenient for many activities albeit outdoors or inside. So glad we found this gem❤️

Gorgeous, clean, modern, cool place with amazing views and great access to everything. Be sure to do the Mosier Plateau hike, right across the street. 5 minutes up to a double waterfall and 25 minutes to the Mosier Plateau for the very best view of the gorge.

Really a great place to stay - clean, quiet, comfortable with an amazing view. We enjoyed staying in Mosier much better than past trips where we'd stay in Hood River as it was much more peaceful and getting to Hood River was very easy. Highly recommend dinner at the Rack and Cloth which is a short walk away.

The condo was very clean and well decorated with wonderful views. We loved the small-town feel of Mosier. The pool and the hot tub were so nice as well! Definitely check out Rack and Cloth for pizza and cider and Garnier winery up the road! Would definitely recommend the condo to friends :)

Exactly as advertised, great escape but close to Hood River and awesome hosts! We keep going back!

This is such an excellent place, and an excellent value! The dark Portland winter and spring made getting to the Gorge extra great. The condo is a great cure for the rain blues. I found the trains interesting to look at as they passed by, the freeway too, sort of an evening existential study against the beauty of the river and the velvet green cliffs across the waters. D'Ann and Steve were very generous and responsive hosts. The place was clean and so easy to be in. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the beauty of the early spring areas. I even found a new trail just steps from the condo doorway. Loved it all.

Really had a great time in the Columbia River Gorge area and this was a great place to stay! Highly recommend as a base to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The place had a nice open layout with a wonderful view of the river. It's modern, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed to get a good night's rest and ready for a day full of adventures! The place is next to the Mosier Plateau hike, and a quick drive up old highway 30 to Rowena Crest. We look forward to coming down again sometime!

We want to invite you to our quirky little town and the natural beauty of the surrounding Columbia River Gorge area.
We have both traveled extensively and love Italy, Guatemala and New Zealand. I'm a native Oregonian and work as a part-time travel consultant and property manager. My husband Steve has worked in the footwear industry for over 25 years. We are pretty easy going people, love socializing and visiting and Steve loves to watch football and cooking on the grill. We love to take walks and hike the many trails in the area and Steve enjoys downwind surfing on his outrigger canoe on the Columbia river in the summer when the wind is blowing. We love dining out in one of the many local Hood River restaurants or staying close to home and eating at the Rack & Cloth here in Mosier where we can help support our local economy.
We have an on-site manager who is available to help with your stay.
