The railroad track and I-84 are close by and there is some noise associated with proximity. While there is not active whistle blowing, there may be some vibration from the railroad traffic. To combat the noise there is sound mitigating glazing provided at all windows on the view riverside which is exposed to I-84 and the railroad. Additional sound insulation between units is provided at party walls to reduce noise transference.
Lights in ceiling are cool lights and not flood lights.
There is Apple TV in the unit.
Please use designated carport space #11.
Please no recreational equipment inside unit, on patios or under carport. (e.g. bikes, windsurfing gear, etc.).
No recreational vehicles, campers or trailers allowed on premises - please park outside on street (Hwy. 30).
No pets. (Except service animals)
No smoking. The house & surrounding property are completely non-smoking.
No BBQ grilling.
Please do not exceed the 2 person maximum sleeping occupancy of the house.
If anything breaks, please let us know right away.
If anything spills & you can’t clean it up yourself, please let us know right away.
Please be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Most of them, sadly, aren’t on vacation – and will let us know if they don’t get a good night’s sleep.

We want to invite you to our quirky little town and the natural beauty of the surrounding Columbia River Gorge area.
We have both traveled extensively and love Italy, Guatemala and New Zealand. I'm a native Oregonian and work as a part-time travel consultant and property manager. My husband Steve has worked in the footwear industry for over 25 years. We are pretty easy going people, love socializing and visiting and Steve loves to watch football and cooking on the grill. We love to take walks and hike the many trails in the area and Steve enjoys downwind surfing on his outrigger canoe on the Columbia river in the summer when the wind is blowing. We love dining out in one of the many local Hood River restaurants or staying close to home and eating at the Rack & Cloth here in Mosier where we can help support our local economy.
