You'll find this 12,000 sq ft. lodge just beside the Yakima River in the Wenatchee National Forest. Lodge was built for large groups to get out into nature & have all the comforts of home.
Beautiful wedding venue & great for conferences or family reunions.
Lots of activities available nearby: hiking, hunting, ATV trails, & cross country skiing.
Sister-property to Twin Ponds Cabin - Easton, WA.

We are renting Lodge only as a single unit-- not renting rooms separately-- so best for group stays and events. Although Airbnb's system doesn't go above 16, the Lodge has beds to accommodate 40+.

Base pricing shown here is based on use of all meeting spaces and overnight stay of up to 20 guests. There is an additional $30 per guest above 20. If you have more overnight guests than we have beds and they are willing to use their own bedding/sleeping bags, then they can stay for $15 per person/night. (If camping, then it's $30 per tent/trailer per night.)

*Discounts for longer stays! -- 3rd night- 25% discount / 4th night & more- 40% discount.*

Larger events like conferences or weddings, where there are more people attending than those staying overnight, carry an additional usage fee for the day(s) of the event:
*50 to 120 total guests: $750
*121 to 200 total guests: $1000
(This will also include the use of additional chairs for ceremonies and such and audio equipment - microphones, mixer, speakers.)

It is also possible to rent for a day-use event as well, without use of sleeping rooms. These prices are flexible depending on number of guests, so be sure to contact me prior to (EMAIL HIDDEN)

There are 6 guest rooms with a total of 38 beds:
*First Floor-- Rooms #'s 1,2 & 4 have 3 twin bunk beds each (6 people to a room). Room #3 has one queen bunk bed & 2 twin bunk beds. (8 people possible).
*Second Floor-- Room #6 has 2 triple twin bunk beds + 1 regular twin bunk + 1 queen bunk bed (12 people possible). Room #7 has a king bed + 1 triple twin bunk bed (5 people possible), jacuzzi and balcony.

Other space details:
-Meeting room with chairs and tables for up to 70 & audio/video equipment.
-Lounge space on the 2nd floor with DishTV & DVD/Blu-ray player available for viewing by use of screen and projector.
-Game room with pool table, ping pong, foosball and air hockey.
-Dining room space for 80+ (during warm weather, there is additional dining space on the deck for another 60+).

The commercial kitchen is available for any kind of cooking use as well as an outdoor gas grill (not during winter season though). Also plates, utensils, wine & champagne glasses, tablecloths and refrigerator and freezer are always available.

**Be aware that in general, student groups are NOT welcome to stay at the Lodge (due to persistent damages and inability to respect our House Rules.)**

Most of the Lodge will be accessible to guests with the exception of rooms on the left side of the Lodge on both the 1st and 2nd floor-- those are used privately by the ownership (and are marked as "Private").

If anyone is found to have entered those private spaces, the reservation will IMMEDIATELY be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. (Sorry, we've had guests that broke into those areas in the past and it won't be tolerated.)

I or my maintenance engineer will be on site at least on the day of arrival to give a simple tour and handle any questions or requests. We have 24 hour camera surveillance in all public areas inside and outside of the Lodge for security reasons.

The road leading into the Lodge is a dirt & gravel road and can be bumpy at times, snow-packed in winter (have AWD or good traction tires) and very dusty during summer. Speeds should be kept to 25 mph or less.

While here:
-NO SMOKING inside the Lodge or any room ever.
-WiFi is thru satellite internet, which is notoriously slow & data usage very limited. (Once limit is reached, nothing more will be added). Only useful for email and simple browsing-- no video streaming at all.
-The Yakima River runs right behind the property. Please use great caution as this river has very strong currents and many log jams in this area. It is NOT advisable to ever enter this river- not for swimming, tubing nor boating.
-We provide towels and face cloths, but PLEASE use them only on your body-- not spills, shoes, luggage, floors, cars, etc. For other things, there are paper towels or rags by the laundry machines.
-No pets allowed indoors.
-Eating in the bedrooms is not allowed because of the difficulty to move beds and clean behind or under. Crumbs and food scraps attract pests that we don't need, thank you. *Any such messes in the bedrooms will automatically incur a cleaning fee.*
-There are many trash cans and recycle bins throughout the lodge, so please use appropriately. Please pour out liquids in the sink before throwing cups, cans or bottles into the trash.

Before leaving:
--We are in a National Forest so think in terms of "leave no trace"- both inside the Lodge as well as outside. Leave the Lodge as clean as you found it.
-Please pack out with you whatever you pack in (especially in the kitchen, no leftovers please).
-Leave no trash lying around in any of the rooms.
- After cleanup, leave all trash bags and recycling in the trash shed on the right side of Lodge. **NEVER leave trash bags or bins outside as they will quickly be torn apart by animals.**
-Any furniture or items that were moved or used should be put back in their original place.
-Any bed that was used, please strip off the sheets & pillow-cases and leave them on the bedroom floor (blankets should stay on the beds). **Do not remove the zippered mattress cover.**
-All used towels should be left on the floor in front of the shower.

We held our wedding of about 175 at Cabin Creek Lodge and it was beyond beautiful. It was awesome to have the lodge for the whole weekend to get set up for our big day and a place for our wedding party to stay. All of our guests thought it was the coolest place to have our wedding and we couldn't have agreed more. Patrick was great help in preparation for the big day. He answered all of our questions and allowed us to check out the cabin before booking. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and everyone for events such as weddings or even just a family get together. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Amazingly beautiful venue! We had our wedding here and Our Family and friends loved it and had a great time! Great deal for what you get as it includes use of so much. Patrick is great. He Was available to answer all our questions we had prior to use and worked with us when we had trouble. The Only negative thing was some lack of cleanliness of most kitchen items and table cloths. Otherwise perfect! We had a great time.

Jane, so sorry about the kitchen. I'm very surprised too because I was in there cleaning for a few hours the day before. I did notice after you left, that one of the blackened metal trays that we leave on the floor in case of a grill fire (which is how it got blackened originally) was actually used in the warming oven for some reason. We got married Sunday, 5/7/17, and prior had a weekend long party/celebration with 20ish overnight guests Friday-Sunday, and 70 wedding guests. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect. We played the billiards and games upstairs all weekend, had guests cook food in the kitchen for the weekend, we rented an ATV for several hours Saturday and went out and explored the ATV trails, flew kites, we had a bonfire and s'mores, dance parties out on the deck and upstairs in the media room, we gathered for meals in the main reception hall the first two days. Saturday afternoon we setup the wedding a day early so that the day-of would be less stressful. We switched to a large table (made up of many of the folding tables) for the rehearsal dinner and breakfast the next day in the main hall upstairs. For the wedding day itself, room 7 (the bride's suite) became the bridal party's "getting ready" room. The hired cooks for the wedding utilized the kitchen for FAR LESS EXPENSE than catered food. We had an open bar inside (at the coffee bar) and DJ'd dance floor in the reception hall downstairs. Originally, we set up the ceremony in the media room upstairs, and did our rehearsal in there. It worked really well, and we setup a slideshow on the projector. However, the day of the wedding was so pretty outside we last-minute switched to an outdoor wedding. We had our photo sessions all around the property: in the front outdoor entry we did "first look" photos, family photos and wedding party photos on the deck, private bride/groom photos near the river and on a bench on a small island in the creek, we had goofy pictures upstairs playing billiards, ping pong, and air hockey with flood lights to make the space work for photos. We left our wedding with a great send-off in the beautiful outdoor entryway. Amazing venue. So beautiful. My guests raved, they just went on and on, and we all loved it.

Patrick's lodge was the perfect size for our large group's weekend retreat! It had everything we could have needed and Patrick was a great host. There was still a lot of snow on the deck and surrounding the house so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard as much. The location was great and only a 1.5 hour drive from Seattle. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

Thanks for your stay and glad to hear that you had a good time. Sorry about the pests though. As things warm up in the Spring, they do start to appear (flies especially love log cabins and big windows), but we keep it treated so you won't see too many beyond the window sills. And although we have pest control to kill off the mice, they aren't always polite enough to die outside. :/

We have a group of friends with families stayed here for two nights. The house offers everything that we need and enjoyed, from huge kitchen to dinning, from gaming to meeting, from resting area to outdoor activities. We really had fun there, especially our kids. Thank you!

I booked this lovely place for my wedding. We had a small wedding with 24 people total. Patrick was very helpful and I was able to text him any questions I had. The rules for the cabin are easy to follow. The cabin itself is everything I imagined and more. It has wonderful views, is quiet, and peaceful. The included amenities were helpful in order to run the wedding and to entertain all overnight guests. I didn't want to leave on my last day!
