•Free-standing, private 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house located in a quiet Summerville neighborhood with a fenced in back yard. Although this is my home, I do not stay here during your reservation. You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves.
•All children and adults regardless of age should be accounted for when booking
•Can sleep up to 7 people comfortably (max occupancy is 8 people, I recommend bringing along an air mattress and/or sleeping bag if you have 7 or 8 guests in your party)
•3 bedrooms (specify how many you need)
•2 full bathrooms (master with large bathtub)
•Full use of spacious kitchen and living room
•2 Twin Beds (in gray guest room)
•1 Double (Full) Sized bed (in yellow guest room)
•1 Queen Bed (in master bedroom)
•Use of Washer/Dryer
•Cable TV (150 channels in master bedroom and living room)
•Pets are negotiable (a non-refundable fee per pet will be added)
•Publix Grocery Store is 1 mile away
•Running/walking/biking trail a half mile away (Sawmill Branch Trail)
•45 minutes to beaches
•30 minutes to downtown Charleston
•15 minutes to the North Charleston Coliseum
•15 minutes to Charleston Airport
•Please be aware that a copy of your valid photo ID (or driver's license) must submitted via email to me prior to your arrival. Please be prepared to show this photo ID (or driver's license) upon check-in.
•As a courtesy, please allow 24 hours prior to check-in on reservation requests
•Week and month long rentals are acceptable and are discounted automatically when entering your dates (rental agreement and additional deposit may apply)
•Nightly, weekly, and monthly BASE prices only reflect pricing for 2 guests or less.
•Included: Linens, bath towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a portable fan
•Kitchen Appliances Include: coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and blender
•Extras: I also provide the following - shampoo/conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, snacks, coffee, hot tea, and some condiments/salad dressing, etc.

My home is in a small, quiet neighborhood in Summerville called Crichton Parish. I am so lucky to have such great, friendly neighbors! Sawmill Branch Trail, a multi-use trail, is open during daylight hours and is a half mile away from my house. Crichton Parish is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, as well as the historic Downtown Summerville area.

•The Summerville/Charleston area is not known for it's public transportation, so it is best to bring along a car or rent one.
•Uber is available in Charleston as well as Taxi services like Yellow Cab.
•There are free Carta DASH Trolleys just below the Crosstown (Highway 17) on the Peninsula of Downtown Charleston.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
•Email or text these items prior to your arrival (to my email address or phone number provided in the "House Manual" portion of this Itinerary):
1) The best cell phone number to reach you on your way here and during your stay. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need their best cell number in addition to yours.
2) Your preferred arrival time & incoming/outgoing flight information (note earliest check-in is 4pm, and latest check-out is 11am unless otherwise specified) so that I can most efficiently have the house complete and ready upon your arrival.
3) Guest List - first & last names & ages of all guests & animals occupying the property during the reservation dates.
4) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver's license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours.
•Please save or print a copy of this confirmation email, read all the way through it, and note the address.
•Requests to Alter Reservations will NOT be accepted unless they meet the minimum night requirement and the cancellation policy.
•PARKING – (3 Car Maximum at any one time) Only park in my driveway or in front of my front yard on the street, no wheels on the grass.
•NEIGHBORS - Please be very cognizant and respectful of my neighbors; they report to me and/or police if anything is out of the ordinary.
•DAMAGE - If anything is damaged or broken, please contact Ginger immediately.
•NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS - No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through Airbnb and/or previously agreed upon by Ginger.
•NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
•NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or in the garage! Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
•KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS - Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay.
•HVAC - Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off.
•REQUIRED CLEANING - Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - 11AM
•LINENS - Please do not worry about making the beds (they are stripped and washed after every departure).
•BATH TOWELS - Used towels should be left in a pile on bathroom floor or bathtub.
•REQUIRED CLEANING - The kitchen, countertops, stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, etc., should be left clean.
•HVAC SETTING - Please set HVAC temperature to 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees in cold months before you leave; do not turn unit off.
•DON'T FORGET - Please call or text me as you are leaving to let me know that you are officially checking out.
•KEYS/LOCKS - Please make sure all exterior doors are locked, leave the key on the kitchen island, and use the lower twist lock on the front door when exiting (ensure the door is locked once shut).
•TRASH - The kitchen trash can and extra bags are located in the pantry; if it fills, the outside trash bin is next to the garage.
•RECYCLE - There is a blue recycling bin in the pantry as well for PAPER PRODUCTS ONLY (for the time being); if it fills, the outside recycling bins are in the garage on the metal shelving unit.
•TRASH & RECYCLE COLLECTION - Every Wednesday Evening, please pull outside trash bin (green) and outside recycling bins (in the garage on the metal shelf) out to the street for Thursday morning pickup and return once complete.
•LAUNDRY - The laundry facility is located in the garage off the kitchen.
•CABLE - There are 150 Direct TV channels on both televisions.
•WIFI - Network and Password are located on the front of the guest information binder. The modem/router is located on or near the wine rack in the kitchen.

I am a very clean and organized person. I have no children or pets, but welcome them in my home as long as they are well behaved and their parents clean up after them. :) My home is not completely child proof, so if you and your child or children are visiting here, I recommend doing a walk through to put away any decor that may be an issue.
