One bedroom apartment with top of the line massage chair. Ideal for two people, could accommodate up to four. Totally renovated in January 2019. One mile form I-70 exit and two and a half miles from ISU. Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a sofa bed in the common space. Off street parking.

One bedroom apartment newly renovated in January 2019. Apartment is equipped with a top of the line massage chair, small living room with a couch that pulls out into a full sized bed, kitchen and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. The apartment is on ground level on the back of the building. Building faces east but entrance to the apartment is on the west side of the building. Off street parking is available and guests are typically able to park right next to the door.

The bedroom in the apartment is separated from the living areas; guests must walk up a few stairs to get to the bedroom. The apartment has central air but temperature is controlled by the business on the front of the building. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom above the bed for extra cooling and a heated electric fireplace in the living room if the space is too cold. Bathroom in apartment is small. Close to many restaurants and shopping area.
