Altre cose da evidenziare
Our cozy, cute apartment is not the Ritz and there are many expensive Ryokan and Hotels in town, that will offer you a deluxe stay in Kyoto.... but, if you want a Kyoto Japanese experience, living like the locals in an older 1970 style traditional tatami apartment and not in the center of the tourist district, then this is a good affordable place for you. Sort of the East Village or the Williamsburg of Kyoto. College students, intellectuals, hipsters, and hippies, families with kids and sweet older residents, who remember the day when we all knew our neighbors.
If you are looking for a large sterile modern Ikea furnished style Apartment, this place is not for you. In Japan folks use only the space they need within the balance of our enviroment. This is how most of us live here.
Come use it as your hub, or get away. Stay here undisturbed or visit and share your stories with us, we love to listen, we love to learn.
After a long day, discovering Kyoto come home to your apartment, take a shower (there is no bathtub) have a cup of tea, warm up or cool off, and take a rest before you head out to take in some local music, a walk along the river or visit one of the close-by temples or shrines
On the day you are scheduled to check out If you want to spend that day looking around Kyoto a few more hours, you can check out of the room by 11:00am and we can hold your luggage for you can to pick up latter.
As hosts we are happy when we can fulfill your needs and make you feel at home.
The only rule is we ask you to tell us what you need so we can make your stay as enjoyable as we can. Our goal is to make sure you have fun and enjoy yourself in Japan
