We're committed to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality, so you can feel safe when you arrive. We use approved products, keep and have always kept the space clean and tidy and every surface is sanitized. We even keep cleaning supplies on hand, so you can use them as you stay!

The studio is located on the same property as my other listings - "Home Away from Home in Quiet Neighborhood 2BR/2BA". These two listings are separated by a fence and each has its own entrance making them totally separate from each other. Parking is shared.

The studio has high quality PGT impact resistant windows and doors installed making it very SAFE and QUIET at the same time.

*Living Area
When you enter the studio, there is a large room with a sitting area and a 48” Samsung Smart HDTV with Roku Ultra Streaming Player.

*Work From Home Area
Next to the sofa, we have an office desk with LED adjustable reading light and rolling office chair, so if you need to work, you can do so comfortably.

*Sleeping Area
Next to the sitting area, there are is comfortable king size bed with king size pillows. We use 100% cotton sheets. Unlike hotels, we use duvet covers and they are stripped down after each guest and laundered, so you can be sure that everything that touches the body is clean and sanitary.

*Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and freshly laundered 100% cotton towels. We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet papers. The towels we provide are bath size, hand towels and washcloths.

*Closet/Laundry
Your luggage and private items can be stored in a walk-in closet which doubles as a laundry room with full size GE washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent, an iron and small ironing board.

*Kitchen
The kitchen allows for minor cooking. There is a refrigerator with freezer, portable induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, and tea kettle. Plates, utensils, pots and pans, and dish soap are provided as well. We also provide the coffee K-cups, creamers, sugar, and tea bags. On the wall, there is a foldable table and two folding chairs (stored in the closet).

*Air-Conditioner
The studio has a remote controlled York air-conditioner to keep you comfortable day or night.

*Beach Accessories
We provide two beach chairs, two beach towels and beach umbrella.

*Location
Our studio is only about ten minutes drive from the beach, fifteen minutes drive from downtown Fort Lauderdale and twenty minutes drive from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Nearby retailers (few minutes drive) are: Publix, Walgreens, Bravo Supermarket, Dollar Tree, Lowes, Dunkin Donuts.

Other retailers (up to 15 minutes drive): Target, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Home Depot, Ross

Nearby Sports: projectRock (rock climbing gym), Crunch Fitness

Local attractions: the BEACH (of course), Las Olas Blvd; Intercoastal Waterway; Riverfront; The Broward Center for the performing Arts; The Science and Discovery Center; Water Taxi; BB&T Center (for the ice hockey or music lovers)

Il monolocale è dotato di una serratura senza chiave e ti verrà fornito un codice prima del tuo arrivo, così potrai andare e venire senza preoccuparti delle chiavi.
