Rocklands Studio

This modern luxury ground floor studio apartment is fully equipped and offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the Rooiels rocky shore. Here you can unwind, watch the ocean and listen to the soothing sound of the waves rolling in against the rocks. The studio is within 100 metres of the Rooiels Nature Reserve where a short trail leads you to Otter Cove - a natural tidal pool amongst the rocks. The pristine, sandy main beach is also easily accessible via a 15min walk or 5min drive.

Wunder HQ is a bold architectural retreat in Pringle Bay supported by solar and just 350m from the beach. Surrounded by mountain views and fynbos, the home features a sunken lounge, braai room, splash pool, putting green, games room, and sleeping for up to 8 guests. The studio opens for groups of 6+. Welcome to Grace, our family home in Rooi-Els. Grace is a 2-bedroom, Cape Cod style double storey house with stunning sea and mountain views. Enjoy the light, airy open-plan living space upstairs with a well-equipped kitchen, an 8-seater dining room table, and comfortable lounge. Two double doors open out onto the balcony which runs the whole length of the house and is protected from the sun, the wind and the baboons – essential as you’ll discover in Rooi-Els!

Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area connects to verandah. Separate bath/shower/toilet. Overlooks RE Nature Reserve with magnificent, unobstructed sunset views of False Bay. 150m to sea. Short walk to local pub/ beach. Braai, garage. Dog friendly but unfenced.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
