Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

Maison pour 6 personnes adultes, plus sur demande, les familles avec enfants bienvenu, les enfants sont gratuits jusqu'à 7 ans. Se trouve dans un coin tranquille, une voiture est néanmoins recommandée pour les déplacements. Une forêt se trouve à quelques pas de la maison pour pouvoir s'y promener. L'autoroute A32 se trouve à 2 km, une station thermale et un restaurant connu pour ses crustacés (Pedra Bela) se trouve à moins de 3km.Porto se trouve à 37 km, le"Passadicio do Paiva" à 43 km.

My property is near Oporto; Of Santa Maria da Feira; Espinho and the Spa of Caldas de São Jorge. Here you can visit parks (Lourosa Zoo, Quinta de Santo Inácio, ...), beautiful landscapes (beaches, Serra da Freita, ...), the art and culture of Oporto, the castle and the city of Santa Maria da Feira , The beaches of Espinho and the city of São João da Madeira, and good restaurants and meals. My space suits couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children).

A Quinta da Rosa Linda encontra-se numa localização muito privilegiada, encontra-se numa zona agrícola rodeada entre campos de cultivo de milho e montes, tem a cidade de Oliveira de Azeméis a 3 minutos de carro, também está a 45 minutos do Porto e a 30 de Aveiro. Para além disso encontra-se entre as montanhas mágicas (serra da Freita) e zonas de praia , praia da Torreira Furadouro, Esmoriz e Maceda.

Dependence privée dans une maison de campagne située dans un environnement très calme mais très proches des villes de Santa Maria da Feira ( fête médiéval en Aôut), Aveiro (petite Venize) et Porto (caves de Porto, le fleuve .....). La maison se trouve également a proximité de plages d'Esmoriz, d'Espinho, Furadouro, Ria d'Aveiro, Serra da Freita, Arouca et les passadiços do paiva.
