Attractions nearby: Vizantea Monastery(5km), Vizantea Baths(8km), Soveja Mausoleum(20km), Vrancea Natural Reservation(30km). You can cycle or go hiking in the nearby hills. We offer you two bicycles.

Lazy Cottage by the river

Lazy Cottage is located on the "The valley of beauty" ( Sebes valley ) in the Village of Laz, Alba, on the start of the Transalpina Road next to the river Sebes. It is what we call a "Home away from home" for whomever chooses to visit us, because you'll find here everything you'll need in a household and a bit more. For the rainy and cold days there is also a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy and a bunch of board games to choose from. Since we love pets, they are welcome as well !

Nestled in a 15,000 sqm private garden, our charming country cottage features three separate houses with four bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, and private bathrooms in each house for added comfort. Decorated in authentic Transylvanian style, it offers a peaceful retreat where deer and other wildlife often roam freely in the yard. Ideally located between Transylvania and Muntenia, with easy access to Bran, Brașov, Sinaia, and southern Romania.

Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

The Nest in Rasnov (full house to yourself)

Old Nanna's house recently restored for guest travellers. The house preserves its old-fashioned features but with completely refurbished interiors. A lot of heart was put to make it cosy and comfortable, while at the same time keeping some traditional old elements to remind me of my grandparents and of my childhood.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
