Dans un quartier calme, à 5 min. à pieds des Bains de la Gruyère et du Centre de Sports et Loisirs (piscine, minigolf, tennis, location de vélos électriques) et 10 min. du Télécabine (ski et luge en hiver; en été: jeux pour enfants, via Ferrata, visite d'un chalet d'alpage et fabrication du fromage). Possibilité de promenades multiples, à proximité de la magnifique chaîne des Gastlosen, de la ville de Gruyères, du Moléson et de la maison Cailler. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Ancien mazot plein de charme, tant pour une familles, un couple ou entre amis! Situé à 1'600 mètres d'altitude, le long de la route du col de la Croix côté Diablerets, il est immergé en pleine montage. Depuis le chalet, accès direct au domaine de ski et aux randonnées de la région. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. En hiver, la route est fermée, l'accès se fait uniquement par la piste de luge. Il est très bien équipé. Bon repos, belles randos et jolis apéros garantis dans ce petit mazot!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).

In a village of 60 inhabitants, suspended and protected you will quickly feel out of the world and you will live a unique experience. it is an ideal place for a desire for slow life, calm and serenity. However, it is not at all a place to come to party and you will be asked to respect the tranquility of the place.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
