Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Traditionelle Gasthöfe mit lokalen Produkten in nächster Umgebung. Städte wie Zürich oder Freiburg bieten sich zum Tagesausflug an.

The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level. 2 bedrooms are located at the mezzanine level. The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Das Ferienhaus Roorweidli liegt in wunderbarer Lage oberhalb vom Dorf Schüpfheim und ist mit ÖV und privaten Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Diverse Freizeitangebote im Sommer und Winter, schöne Wanderwege und die fantastische Aussicht aufs Bergpanorama machen neben viel Ruhe und Entspannungmöglichkeiten jeden Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Das gemütliche Holzhaus mitten in einem grossen Naturgarten bietet Platz für 1-6 Personen und wurde im Jahr 2019 komplett renoviert.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

c'est comme un endroit secret cette petite maison posée à flanc de colline avec une vue merveilleuse sur le lac complétement indépendante, construite à l'entrée de la propriété, elle est sans vis à vis, avec un confort haut de gamme, une grande terrasse de 70m2 avec un spa privatif, sous abri, ayant en ligne de mire le lac. Cette maison est uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes sans enfant (aucun rajout de personne supplémentaire n'est possible).
