A warm and tastefully furnished basement with a lot of personality. Shops, cinema and restaurants are 6 minutes drive away and the area feels peaceful and secluded. The neighbourhood is a private lake community with easy access to Stoney Trail to get to downtown in 30 mins, Banff in about 1.5 hours and Kananaskis in under 30 minutes. There is also transit access less than a 3 minute walk away to get anywhere in the city.
