We are convenient to many local attractions like hiking, swimming, brewery and vineyard tours and yet secluded enough to heal your stress, enjoy time with your family or simply a special time away from the grind. Spectacular Mountain views

Enjoy the breathtaking scenery when you stay in this beautiful, brand new space. A transformed outbuilding has become a quaint guest cottage with all of the amenities of home. Full kitchen w/all cooking essentials, K-cup coffee machine, new appliances, granite counter tops, full bath w/private shower and a jacuzzi tub with mountain views. Wake up in your master bedroom to spectacular mountain views. Living room w/electric fireplace, large screen TV. Your own private deck/pergola/gas grill.

Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

The Cottage at Hidden Valley Farm & Barn

Welcome to Hidden Valley! When booking your stay, you'll have exclusive access to our three bedroom/two bathroom guest cottage! You'll be surrounded by mountainous views and pastures. Snuggle on the wrap around porch, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, and visit with horses, cattle, and our Sulcata tortoise! This is a working farm and you'll frequently see and hear farm machinery(tractors/atvs/etc.), livestock (cattle/horses/a donkey/4 dogs/a cat),and wildlife (coyotes/turkeys/deer).

The Old Parsonage in The Blue Ridge

The Old Parsonage is the perfect place to spend your get-away days. you can even work from this "home away from home". We have installed high speed internet and TV, so you can stay Remote and Connected. Consider staying a week... or two! Wilderness area farm five miles from VMI and W&L in Lexington, Virginia. A natural spring fed creek runs through the property about 1/2 mile frontage- great for fishing which is available to guests. Fronts route 76 national bike route (Plank Road) a bikers paradise. Four mountain bikes available for guests. Spectacular natural views- fields, mountains, river and cliffs. Property include use of large outdoor spaces, decks, porches, fire pit and picnic tables. Dogs welcome!!

The home does not have and has never had bed bugs despite what the inaccurate review states.
