This is a brand new home that is clean, modern and inviting. We have an outdoor deck with seating and twinkle lights that can be particularly enjoyed in the spring and fall!

Just 4 minutes to SVU and 12 minutes to VMI and W&L it is easy access to whichever campus you need. The house is also 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the edge of the Washington National Forest.There are many trails here (some even just across the street) so if you come to hike, you are in the right place!

Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . Enjoy the beauty of Bath County. The famous Homestead Resort is nearby for Golf. Fishing at Lake Moomaw! Kayak, tube, swim, or fish the trout at Douthat State Park or Goshen Pass.

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.
