You'll love this unique and romantic secluded location, with its own private driveway, covered parking and Woodfired hot tub, amidst a blossoming orchard surrounded by stunning wildlife. Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Panoramic Moorland views from here are outstanding! This couples getaway allows you to take in the scenery. Lounge on comfy sofas gazing out the window or relax in the hot tub with the fire pit. You can meet our Alpacas. Exceptional North Devon beaches 40 min away. Exmoor National Park on your doorstep. North Molton Village Shop & Pub. Award winning Market Town South Molton 10 min drive for Shops, takeaways & restaurants. Dark skies Stargazing area. Spot deer, red kites & other wildlife.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Cosy recently renovated country 1 bed cottage.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Hay Lodge Cabin

Peaceful, Fully equipped lodge, set on its own , with outdoor seating area & within a 10-15 minute walk to two different pubs both with beer gardens. Walking distance to Killerton house and gardens National Trust property with miles of scenic country walks.10 to 15 minute drive into Exeter city Centre, 20 minute drive to Exeters beautiful historic quay & only 10 minute drive from the small town of Collumpton and junction 28 of the M5. Not too far from lots of beautiful Devon beaches. 

Countryside Cottage: Family & Groups with Hot Tub

Perfect for families and friends, with hot tub, BBQ area and optional on-site yoga sessions.A beautiful cottage full of character with three double bedrooms, sleeps 7+1 near Ottery St Mary. Benefits include: wood burner, private garden with a play house for the kids and BBQ, parking for 3 cars. A superb location when wishing to explore this beautiful part of the country. Easy access to Exeter 20 mins, airport 12 mins, West Point 15 mins and array of moors and beaches within 20 mins.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Stylish Guest House in East Devon

Enjoy the Devonshire countryside from our family home! Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.

Willow Haven

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
