My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!

We do have short-term rent permit from the OSE. Perfect house if you are looking to get away from the city for a few weeks, you are visiting NYC but don't want to stay in the urban chaos, or just want to treat yourself with a perfect vacation. This newly-renovated beach house IS THE NUMBER ONE LOCATION and most luxurious house in the community. RIGHT BEFORE THE WATER WITH THE MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!

Steps to the beach! Park your cars and leave them behind while you live the beach life. Walk to the beach for a morning swim, come home for lunch then back to the beach for a nap. Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Repeat as needed.
