2-bedroom apartment in a safe neighborhood. 2 queen beds & Twin air mattress. Extra towels and sheets set. Plenty of space with access to kitchen, washer/dryer (not shared with anyone else), spacious living room & dining area. You will have your own entrance. Near many attractions, 25 mins from JFK, & a quick train ride or drive to NYC and near the beach! All types of fast food and delicious restaurants nearby! Apt is in excellent condition, sanitized and clean in a great environment.

Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

The Beachhouse is the ultimate beach front retreat summer getaway . The Beachhouse consist of four private newly renovated modern apartments and tastefully furnished. The backyard is waterfront with a private beach (shared with other guests) that has a tropical feel with multiple sitting/BBQ areas with fire pits, BBQ smoker, gas grills, gazebo ,water toys, Kayaks, picnic tables, and outdoor shower. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
