In Lowertown-this quaint cottage with modern updates is your home away from home! Fully furnished and a well stocked kitchen make it a wonderful place for overnight stays or longer term rentals. Beautiful patio provides an urban sanctuary at the end of a long day. Close proximity to Mayo Clinic-downtown restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. Two blocks in either direction puts you on the trail system. Public transit 1 ½ blocks away and a laundromat is ½ block away.

Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

This home is located in the heart of the historic Rochester, MN. Just a stones throw from the Mayo Clinic. This downtown area is packed with shops and eating establishments, all interconnected via the walking subway system, for those cold winter days. Our home includes refinished furniture, custom artwork, and a vintage style you won’t find anywhere else. We’ve remodeled this 1962 time capsule in 2017 and updated furnishings in 2025!
