This was the perfect place for our weekend. The house was great and everything was very easy.

My stay was comfortable, host was friendly and responsive .. place was good but only thing that need a bit of improvement is linen in rooms.. but otherwise everything was great!!

Two colleagues and I enjoyed our stay (nine nights) very much. The house was as described, modern furniture, very bright, clean & well equipped. We even had a nice welcome basket with tasty nibbles and wine and a personal welcome card :-). The location is very good, easy (and safe) to walk to downtown restaurants. The Supermarket around the corner was very convenient, not to forget "Crispellys" bakery :-) As it has been a business stay, we were happy with the individual work space/table in each bedroom. Wifi was very good. Our host Martine was always very friendly & helpful, shared many information and reacted very quickly. While we had some issues with the heating in parts of the house, she arranged immediately for a technician to come, even on Sunday. Shame we could not use the nice and inviting back yard due to the winter/cold, this would have been perfect (so summer is a much better time to enjoy everything in & around the house). We would definitely stay there again.

I visited Nik's place with my friends and their families and we had a great time there. The property was very well maintained and there were lots of activities to do indoor and outdoor! The swimming pool was unfortunately not usable during my visit! Hopefully that gets fixed the next time!!

This Airbnb was in a great location- quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town and the rest of my family. The house was clean. The instructions on how to get in were clear. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to stay. The house was very affordable, especially for last minute travel. The host was quick to respond to my messages. I will definitely recommend this place to any visiting family members of mine.

Stayed with family members for a Uof Michigan graduation ceremony. Great quiet location just far enough away from crowds and easy to find restaurants and events. Roomy and perfect areas for privacy being together. Highly recommend and great host communication.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Great place tucked into a very peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. Dolph Park, just down the street, was a great nature walk with lots to see. The house is very clean, nicely appointed. Lots of attention to what makes a place a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Kathy was a very accommodating host and the place was clean, peaceful and the garden was beautiful. Kitchen was very well stocked and there were a lot of windows for natural light. Parking was also very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Would love to stay again!

Whenever we're visiting the Detroit area, this is our favorite place to stay. Very comfortable. We had a great stay, as always.

Our stay at Laura's Alpha flat was short but so lovely! The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to restaurants, etc. We appreciate all the effort and thoughtfulness that has gone into this Airbnb. The beds were super comfy and the space was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well stocked with everything we could possibly need.

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and checking in and out was super easy. Lots of restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was very well furnished and comfy. The bathrooms were clean! Great walking distance to downtown Rochester. Will definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

Perfect place for a girls weekend! So close to tons of great restaurants and professional sports complexes. Parking was only a tiny bit tricky because half the street was blocked off for construction and there were pistons games and/or concerts in the area both nights we were there so pickins were slim on our block, but lots of availability not too far away! The building is old and beautiful, the residents (and their dogs) were so friendly, and the area is really coming back to life! We would definitely stay here again—especially if we had tickets to a game!

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.

Very clean and comfortable home! Perfect for our short stay in the area. Even gave us an early check in to help accommodate our time. Excellent host!
