Stephen’s place was a fantastic stay! It was clean, cozy, and easy to find. The property had everything you could need for a comfortable visit. It’s also pet-friendly, which was perfect—my dog was happy and loved having a yard to play in. Great value and highly recommended!

INCREDIBLE VIEWS!!! I spent 2 and a 1/2 weeks at Rebecca's beautiful, fully equipped guest suite. Close to so many beaches, stores and restaurants, yet felt far from hustle and bustle. Spent many hours having morning coffee or evening drinks in front of the huge picture windows, watching the ever changing sky and scenery, seals, eagles, mountains, even a submarine on a training mission! For me, the bonus was the deep bathtub, love having a relaxing tubby. Rebecca was fantastic, was always quick to respond to any questions I had, yet gave me the privacy and peace and quiet I needed. I highly recommend Rebecca's suite!

A very nice and cozy place with everything you need. Perfect for students / staff working at the hospital as well as it is very close.

Travis’ place was perfect for our family’s three nights stay on the Island. He had the single mattress and the pack and play set up for my kids before we arrived. The set up is perfect for a multi generation family trip. We got to really enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the pickle ball court. Would definitely consider renting again here!

Staying at Natasha's apartment was a wonderful experience. The area has so much to explore and it is extremely transit-friendly and walkable. We were also grateful for the recommendations map she left for us upon arrival. The space was clean and easy to maneuver around. A note if you have mobility challenges or heavy baggage - there are several flights of stairs to climb (one from street level and two to the 2nd floor) and no elevators. I would say this space is ideal for one to two people. The price was also very good! It was my first time in Vancouver and I plan to be back (and stay here again).

I enjoyed my stay. The suite was quiet and well equipped. The host was very responsive. Nice neighborhood, and an easy walk to services, shops and resturants.

WoW n’hésitez surtout pas à réservé ce condo. D’une propreté irréprochable on a fait plusieurs Airbnb et celui-ci est le top. De plus le condo est très bien équipé ce qui est souvent arriver dans d’autre location passe. Donc je donne un 110% c’est beau, la vue est incroyable, c’est propre et bien équipé ! On peu rien demander de plus ! Merci !

Extremely cozy and convenient home location. The building was highly secure and I felt really safe during my stay. The host was super responsive and flexible with check in/out, they were able to answer all questions I had and were super kind. If I were to come back I would book with them again!

Our stay at Anastasia’s was absolutely great. The place is well stocked with things you may need & squeaky clean. Would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the Nanaimo area!

Our hosts were very responsive when we communicated. The home had very comfortable beds and it was kept clean. Nice fenced yard for our dog and a walking area at back of house, accessible by gate. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Helen’s place was great for our family stay of five adults, and we especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean and fresh, and furnishings looked and felt new. We had no problems at all, and would book again. Helen et. al were responsive to our questions, and provided necessary information in a timely manner. I would recommend that everyone check out this listing for their own visit needs.

The hosts were very responsive and even suggested local restaurants. The location is great as it is not too far from downtown. Public transportation is very easy in Vancouver. I would definitely book with them if I’m in the city again

This was the most incredible little escape! The apartment was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything I needed. The pull-out couch was comfortable, and the main bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The view from the front yard is absolutely stunning, with mountains that take your breath away. It is also so central, making it easy to get around Nanaimo. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and their sweet big dog greeted me warmly from the upper deck, which made it feel even more like home. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

What a gem! Monica's place was outstanding. Short walk to the beach and the common pool and hot tub were exactly as described and perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked above and beyond with anything you might need for cooking, which we loved. This is often not the case in many AirBnB's so we were very happy about this. This place was quiet and cozy and we loved the community feeling of the resort. Monica was great with communicating quickly. We will definitely return.

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Amazing place! Amazing host! The loft was just as described and clean, well organized, comfortable and welcoming! Well equipped kitchen. Awesome location and walkable to everything you might need. Loved our stay and will definitely return!!

This condo was so great! I could live here. It had pretty much anything you could need for a short or long stay. The full kitchen was nice with the full size, 6 person table. There were several condiments, tea and coffee left in the kitchen to use. The bathrooms and beds were beautiful. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable. The pool, hot tub and gym were in a different building so we only used them once. The beach and walking path were right outside the door. The walk is definitely worth it, even if you don’t have a lot of time. Other than the shoreline, Nanoose Bay is within an hour of many hikes, waterfalls and hidden gems to explore. We didn’t find a bakery or grocery store within walking distance. The closest would be Parksville which is not far. But you do have to drive or set out for a long walk. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Our stay at the Strand was simply magical and will hold a very special place in our memories for many years to come. Every attention to detail in all the furnishings, kitchen/bathroom amenities and local recommendations were so thoughtful and made this magical place feel like home, a very warm, peaceful and relaxing home! The beautiful photos from this listing were what attracted us to this booking but the reality was even far more breathtaking, stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and the Strand has to be one of, if not the, BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. Mark was gracious and friendly, and did a stylish, tasteful job remodeling this house. We enjoyed the lower level unit which was well stocked and we were very comfortable during our 5-night stay. Kitsalano is a great area for restaurants, shopping and neighborhood walks, and it's just minutes by car to Granville Island. Highly recommend this airbnb and hope to return.
