Our cabin is rustic yet enchanting. Hand-built in 1947, Longacres is the perfect cozy place to unplug and unwind. But if you need high-speed internet, you’ve got it! Old Town Manteo is a charming harbor town where you will feel far from the beach boxes and OBX crowds. Longacres is 1 mile from downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Roanoke Sound and a 12 minute drive to the Nags Head beaches. To complete your adventure, we provide bikes and kayaks so you can explore the water and town at your own pace.

Unit # 2E is perfect for small family’s and couples. It’s about 650 SF and has a good sized master w/ queen bed and futon, loft with two twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. 2 pools on site, outdoor showers for returning from the beach, and multiple outdoor grills. MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. All within a mile or two include: THE ABC STORE, Harris-Teeter, Brew Thru, MAMA KWANS, TORTUGA’S, The City Park.

La Vida Isla is a quiet, shady retreat from the beach. This is a place to unwind and relax. We are in a safe neighborhood on Roanoke Island. The cottage is an airy and calming space. We take great strides to make sure it is super clean and well maintained. Our goal is to provide a space for complete relaxation. The cottage and outdoor spaces are very private. Roanoke Island is the home of the longest running outdoor drama, "The Lost Colony", Elizabethan Gardens, and North Carolina Aquarium. It is a 10 minute drive to the ocean. There is much to do and see in this area.
