We were a family of 6 (incl 1 child & 1 senior) from Malaysia that stayed here for 4 nights in January. Really appreciate that the apartment building had an elevator. The house was perfect, very cosy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & 3 living rooms. All equipment functioning well; beds & toilets are in very good condition. The location is a bit far from the city, so it is suitable for a quiet stay with the family. No problems getting a Careem ride though. The host Abdullah is very responsive on any queries. Good job.

شقة طيبة نظيفة كبيرة ، الغرف واسعة ممتازة من حيث الحجم ، النظافة ممتازة المطبخ ممتاز دورات المياه ممتازة يوجد ماء ساخن و بارد المكيفات ممتازة باردة ، المسجد مشي دقيقة واحدة فقط ، شاشة تلفزيون كبيرة كويسة في ريسيفر و التطبيقات ، الصالة كويسة تكفي ل 4 اشخاص ، يوجد غسالة لكن لم استخدمها ، العمارة هادئة والحمدلله كانت تجربة طيبة موفقة

Beautiful and well equipped apartment and amazingly fast responsiveness from the hosts! We loved it so much that we extended our stay :)

عجبني في المكان أنه نظيف والصور مطابقة للواقع وواضح معتنين فيه

وحدة جديدة ورائعة في مشروع الماجدية 130 يتوفر فيه نادي صحي رجالي ونسائي ومنطقتين لاونج منفصلة للإجتماعات وغيرها السكن هاادئ جداً ، من المميز وجود شتر الكتروني على جميع النوافذ لعزل الشمس بالكامل ، كما يتوفر في الوحدة جميع الإحتياجات من أدوات المائدة وآلة قهوة وكذلك ممسحة عالية الجودة ماركة فيلدا وجميع أدوات التنظيف للاستخدام اليومي وأدوات كيّ جديدة.. حرفياً كل الإحتياجات اليومية متوفرة والمضيف متعاون جداً.. الإهتمام بالنظافة واضح جداً وأشكر الأخ نواف على هذا الإهتمام .. 🙏🏻 سأكرر الزيارة..

المكان رائع جدا. مميز على مستوى النظافة والهدوء والأثاث والمضيف أ. بدر في غاية اللطف والكرم. للأمانة شعرت كأني في بيتي. أنصح جدا بالسكن هنا.

مسكن جميل و هادىء و نظيف و مرتب و مضيف متعاون و يعمل ليحصل الضيف على كامل راحته و سريع الاستجابه و الردود و ايضاً المكان اجمل من الصور و تشعر به كأنك في منزلك من توفر كل شي و ايضاً الراحه

غير ان السكن تحفه فنيه وسعره اقل من حقه لو ما تلقى ترحيب محمد صاحب العقار

جميل وخاص للعوائل فقط بعيد عن الخدمات ومحاط بجيران كويسين

Rakans apartment is very nice, beautiful furnishings, great high ceiling, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals. The apartment was very clean. Rakan was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment. Thanks Rakans

It has been an absolute pleasure living here for 11 months. Abdullah and his family must be given praise for making my stay here so convenient and comfortable. He is readily available to address any concerns. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable stay in Riyadh, look no further. Do yourself a favour and book this apartment. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures and my stay has been perfect with no complaints.

Top notch as expected and more the place mach the pictures and very clean. I stayed there for 2 nights I felt like home. For my future visits to Riyadh I’ll go back for sure. The host is very friendly and responsive. Thank you Mr. Abdullah for the wonderful hospitality

Abdullah was very kind, helpful, and understanding. He always responded quickly and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The place was calm and quiet, and it really felt like home. It was a great and professional experience. Highly recommended!
