Nous étions 3 adultes (1 couple et leur fille adulte). Le condo de Lisa est au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble à échelle humaine (15 condos sur 3 étages) et dispose d’une belle petite terrasse qui s’ouvre sur la très agréable piscine à débordement et offre une vue sur la mer qui lèche la plage au pied même de cette piscine. À 10 minutes à pied (1 km) du centre du village, de ses restaurants et d’un grand supermarché. Lisa s’est montrée très attentionnée et super réactive. Elle avait même eu la gentillesse de nous informer au préalable des changements dans la décoration (couleurs) par rapport aux photos sur le site d’AirBnB. Cela dit, nous hésitons un peu à le recommander car nous voudrions le garder pour nous. Merci Lisa

Le condo est superbe et la vue sur le port est merveilleuse. Le contact avec les hôtes est facile et ils sont accommodants merveilleux séjour

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

Rudy place was well located near the beaches but far from where 5th avenue is commercial. it was really nice inside and Isabel was very proactive and sweet, there are free bikes to use and they also allow you to use their snorkel gear. Cozumel was one of the.main reasons.i.went to playa del Carmen and the beaches there are stunningly beautiful I hope that one day I will be able to return to Rudy place

This place deserves more than five stars. Marco is an incredible host and his “extras” make the stay so much better. The location was perfect, the accommodations top notch. Highly recommend this property. We spend a lot of time on Isla Mujeres and this is going to be our new “home away from home.”

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.
