Riviera Maya: soggiorni in resort

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

What a beautiful place to stay! My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Bryan made the process seamless. It’s always appreciated when booking a vacation! Will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING place for a two week vacation! It was outstanding!! Best resort we have been to ever! Helen was super awesome to communicate with prior to our trip. Answered all my questions at a very timely fashion. Answered everything honestly. She sent all the paperwork we needed in advance to our travel. She was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommended this resort and Helen as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Allan was very helpful and communicative and was able to get us a room in an already booked report during a very busy time of year, which allowed us to join our family for New Year's at the last moment. He was very patient and responsive.

Allan was great to work with, responsive and helpful. Would rent from him again. Resort was very nice, buffet great, restaurants ok, beach beautiful, pools great, staff great, room small for a family of 5. Our room had issues but the resort fixed ok. Beach was awesome, best part. Do the snorkeling!

Everything in the description on airbnb was exactly like Allan described. I was a little hesitant to book due to unfamiliarity with Airbnb and an all inclusive resort, but Allan explained everything and it turned out exactly if not better than he described. Allen was always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. The resort was pretty large, but plenty of activities for the kids 13, 10, and 7. Pickleball, tennis, and pools. The beach at Sandos was incredible. All meals were incredible. Il piedmont was probably the best followed by le gourmet. The royal elite bracelets were great. They got you into a neat little bar (5th Avenue) with great drinks, pool tables, and a more laid back atmosphere. We visited the Carasol resort as well with bigger slides for the older kids. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Allan

We just got back from a stay at Sandos Caracol and Sandos Playacar, booked through Allan. First off, he was an amazing host! We had never booked an all inclusive through Airb&b before and he responded to all of my questions in detail and with amazing speed! Both of the hotels were exactly like he described, and I loved every minute at both of them! The staff there were very friendly, with Allan's booking we got the black wrist bands which were very well worth it. Everything was just great!

Allan is so helpful; I recommend booking with allan he is friendly and helpful; as well as he always replied in a timely manner and will work to accommodate you! I’m So happy with my stay!

You are at an established all inclusive. Be sure to take Allan’s advice and book the restaurants ahead of time. Concierge liked text message best. Use a translate app to paste request in Spanish. The El Gaucho steakhouse was best for us. An amazing salad bar with seafood. We would go there twice if had a do over. Premium drinks aren’t so premium. If it matters, be sure to tell the VIP bartenders what you want otherwise you get the standard liquor. Free massage comes after a sales pitch to buy so, go in knowing that. Great location on the beach with nice loungers and beds for the VIP black bracelet people. Enjoy!

Everybody was super nice. It was perfect. It was like we was forced into giving tips everywhere we went from the luggage to the events ) lol . Only problem I had was the lady double booked our spa and I had to pay twice for a service we only received once. They said because we didn’t cancel but I tried to tell her we didn’t schedule it in the first place so that was awful. She can barely understand me. Poor English as expected. The place itself was beautiful everywhere. We had a great host with no surprises we are definitely coming back here.

buenas fuimos en familia y la verdad fue todo excelente, maxime super amable atento en todo momento. el lugar fantastico para grandes y chicos el mar hermoso lleno de actividades todo el dia. el spa estaba incluido, los restauntes muy buena calidad. volveria nuevamente muchas gracias maxime por tu buena onda!!!
