Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Surrounded by some of NZ's finest examples of native dune totara bush, multiple bush walks on the doorstep. Plenty of additional off-street parking is available, please advise your requirements when booking.

Large outdoor deck and entertaining area, wind down blinds and heating means this can be used all year round. Two living areas, stylish kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet, 3 bedrooms and outdoor shower. Less than 200m walk to the beach and playgrounds. Pet friendly as long as they remain outside - full fenced section. Large lawn area.

This charming cottage with stunning sea views is a perfect holiday home where you can stay warm in winter or enjoy outdoor summer living. There are two living areas with an open hallway leading onto a large decking area. The main bedroom captures the seaviews while the two other double bedrooms are bright and light. Warmth is guaranteed with double-glazed windows, good insulation, woodburner and two heat-pumps. There is also underfloor heating in some areas. Welcome to our home by the sea.
