I really enjoyed the building and amenities ! IT was awesome .

This place was so clean and pretty. Cory makes sure you have soap, conditioner, shampoo, laundry detergent everything that you will need he even made sure that you have Q-tips to clean your ears and everything. This was the best Airbnb. I've been to in a while, and I definitely will be checking out some of his other places too.

Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

This has got to be the most spotless Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cozy and just as described. I will definitely be booking again! ☺️

Ray’s place was a delight! He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We originally booked another Airbnb that we had to relocate from last minute due to issues. Ray quickly had the property cleaned and turned around for us within a couple hours, even though he was not expecting to host that day. Whenever we had questions about codes or access to the pool/fitness areas, Ray messaged us back within minutes each time. The area was lovely and convenient. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Even the urgent care was close. The pool was very serene and not busy at all. We loved sitting out there. We would love to stay again!

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Very nice condo with great views of the city and lake! Very clean and very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Absolutely no problems with condo. The only problems we had were street noise ( unfortunately I’m a light sleeper) and wait times for elevator. Check out on Sunday was a bit crazy, waited for elevator for about 25 minutes and then it stopped at every floor going down because so many people were checking out at the same time. Would I stay here again? Yes!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

What an amazing place !

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

Great location! Able to walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Looks just like the pictures…comfortable space and the host was great.

This place was perfect for what I needed. Amenities were great were great. I would stay here again. I wish the living room sofa was more comfortable it made relaxing in the living room a little uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for our family. We went to a concert at Q2 and it was a quick uber trip away. The place was very homey. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the fitness equipment in the garage. We had a full house and used every blanket, and we were never cold at night. (One extra fleece blanket per room)

Sara's rental was a perfect spot to chill and wander around the area. Loved the balconies and the gym set up. The bathrooms and beds were great. I would certainly stay again if in the area.

Stephanie, was an amazing host! She made sure we were taken care of. The garden is exactly how it’s pictured! I truly have no complaints 😊

The house was wonderful inside and out!! Beautiful hardscaping in the backyard and it’s a HUGE lot! The house was renovated very nicely, felt at home.

We were a group of five ladies on a "Girls Trip". Everyone in the group loved the house. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities any group would want and enjoy. Our hosts' communication was quick and helpful. The home location is close enough to the airport and downtown for ease and the area surrounding it had all the amenities one would need. We all said that if we returned to Austin together or with our own family's we would want to stay at this place once again. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Our group, mixed with in-laws and our toddlers, had the best time here! It is a really lovely and comfortable space that, in many ways, felt like home away from home. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and was a highlight for our crew. The beds were all very comfortable and the living room large and cozy. We had all we needed and the location was ideal for being off the path of hustle and bustle but everything you need being quickly accessible. One note for consideration is that while the guest is cute and modern in many ways, the bath is a drop down tub and may be tricky for older guests to navigate if the primary shower is unavailable. Erin was a great hostess and very communicative! My oldest toddler was devastated to leave the “special house” and we were not quite ready either. We would happily return to this property!

Great location, spot is nestled into east Austin with great options everywhere around us. Highly recommend for family visit or hanging with friends. Robert was accommodating, friendly, very responsive. Look forward to renting from him again.
