Great stay! The location is perfect— everything you need is just a short walk or drive away. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or issues. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We always enjoy Carolina beach and had a great time at this home. Easy walk to the beach, nice private pool area, plenty to do at the house itself. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage on Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The front porch was one of our favorite spots, with two comfy chairs and a table and chairs that were perfect for evening snacks and card games. We also loved how close the house was to everything. It was an easy walk to a great coffee shop, Crush and Grind, as well as several fun and casual restaurants. The boardwalk was just a nice stroll away, offering even more food options and activities. The outdoor shower was an unexpected treat—perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway and would definitely stay here again!

10/10!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sound-side waterfront property. The location was ideal - just a 6-7 minute walk to the pier/beach and adjacent to the 2.5-mile "loop" walking path. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for us, allowing access to the property's essentially private beach area where there are paddle boards and kayaks. During the summer dog restrictions on public beaches, this private access was invaluable for our furry companion. The unit features large windows that maximize the incredible views. The interior was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The kitchen/living area opens to a spacious porch - the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The beverage fridge did a great job of maintaining a consistent 36-degree temperature. Jarrod & Jennie are fantastic hosts - quick to respond and embodying that quintessential good-vibes attitude you'd hope for at the beach! Blue Surf is ideal for couples, with or without pets

Loft sleeps 4-1 blk 2 boardwalk!

We absolutely loved staying here! Brought our babygirl (Atheena) it was her first time ever at the beach she loved it ! We got to walk everywhere which she absolutely loved as well ! Love that even coffee shop nearby are dog friendly! Will be back ! Thank you guys!

After Dune Delight! There's no better way to stay!

My husband, dog and I had a great stay at the Sand Dune Delight. It's in walking distance to the beach and a pier bar! There is also a pool. The area felt very safe, it's a perfect location for a little beach trip. It has two balconies, one has a view of the pool and one faces the beach where you can hear the waves. We really enjoyed this condo and would definitely stay here again! The only things I would note are if you are a light sleeper, the mattress is very creaky... also, the water in the condo has a very strong smell. If you're sensitive to either of those, Keep them in mind. For the price, I can't complain. It was perfect for what we were looking for!

we had a lovely stay in this beach house. there are a lot of stairs, but the elevator was amazing for suitcases and for a dog that traveled with us that had a bad hip. There was a ton of space to hang out or spend time in your rooms. The balconies were lovely to see the ocean and to get a breeze in the house. The walk to the boardwalk was also a nice thing to do to spend time and overall just a really lovely home to stay in.

Spacious Home-Saltwater Pool and Hottub-King Bed

It was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington and the host was so kind and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about how your stay is and there were so many thoughtful details! My family is already asking when we can visit again.

Tranquil Cottage Near the Waterway

We had a very nice long weekend here. The house is tucked back away from things but very close to everything- an easy 15 minute ride to the beach! The house is very cute and functional for a small family- there were some bugs inside the house but being in the woods we weren’t too put off. I would suggest maybe an extension cord near the nightstands to plug in phones or baby monitors so they can be within reach :) I would stay here again!

This place was perfect and so cute! We had everything we needed and the kids loved the hot tub! Kristy was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The place was even prettier in person. It was cheerful, bright, fun, comfortable, clean and relaxing. It was an exceptional place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. Such a pleasure! Blair was very communicative and available if needed.

The fact we had to basically clean the place before leaving was not my favorite thing. We came for vacation, not to clean. It was a great location. Overall, a great week trip. We don't get to see our family often, so this was good.

Beautiful cottage a short stroll to the ocean

We had a wonderful visit to Carolina Beach. The house was spacious, beautiful and immaculate. We strolled the few blocks to the beach daily. The owners graciously helped us locate a tire repair shop as we had a flat tire shortly before arriving. The area was inundated with 20” of rain several days before we arrived. It was shocking how quickly the businesses recovered.
