Lambsquay House - Apartment Two

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

No. 8 is a ground floor apartment with its own entrance, private parking, and an elegant bedroom with a king sized bed. Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

The Cosy Corner, with Wood Fired Hot Tub, HayonWye

The Cosy Corner is a light and airy holiday home for 2 people tucked away in the centre of Hay on Wye. It's newly renovated to high standard with contemporary furnishings and a private garden with a wood fired hot tub (extra £). Think cool, clean interior but with cosy rugs, fluffy sheepskins and modern Welsh blankets. It's perfectly situated to explore Hay on Wye with it's array of vintage, fashion, home and map shops plus an abundance of cafe’s, restaurants, pubs and even a music venue.

Brodawel Bach is a self-contained apartment on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Builth Wells. It has a double bedroom, open plan kitchen/ living room, bathroom, and off street parking. Guests can relax in the quiet garden and enjoy the view. Suitable for couples or singles looking to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside, walking, cycling, fishing and golf. Perfect for visitors wishing to attend events at the Royal Welsh Showground which is 1 mile away.

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

Beautifully presented throughout, this apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Redland, making it perfect for couples or solo visitors of all ages. We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
