The apartment was comfortable and had a warm, modern vibe. It was well-equipped with more than enough plates, glasses and complete cooking utensils, making it perfect for any stay. The location was convenient, not far from Westfield Stratford and the DLR. The team managing the property was responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. They even accommodated a check-out at odd hours, which was a huge plus! We certainly enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place in a great location. We stayed a week, so having a kitchen with some of the basics (salt/pepper/sugar) was a huge plus. It is on a walking street, so from the sitting room/living room you can hear people outside and know you are staying in a fun vibrant neighborhood, but the bedroom is on the other side of the building and was very quiet, so definitely a win-win. We were there in January, so didn’t use the roof deck, but the light from the skylight door outside was a welcome benefit and I’d love to go back in the warmer months and enjoy time outside!! We were 2 people, so the space for a week was fine, but if you did have 4 staying, I would think a weekend would be the max you could do. Hosts were helpful and responsive when we had a question. You’ll likely do so much walking in London that it won’t be a big deal, just know it is a 3rd floor walk-up.

The apartment was luxurious, spacious, and very well appointed, and we loved it. Close to public transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. The close proximity to the canal was fabulous. This enabled easy access to Angel, Islington, and greater London. We felt very safe in this area. We hope that it's available the next time we are in London, we couldn't fault it. Freddy was a great host. We felt very much at home.

Extraordinario departamento, en verdad una joya con un estilo único y particular, lleno de arte, y una decoración auténtica. En el corazón de londres, en una zona residencial de gran nivel, excelentes vecinos, y muy cerca de Holland park, de excelentes supermercados y restaurantes. Tuve un problema personal y tuve que salir con anticipación pero Megan fue excelente en la comunicación y atención. altamente recomendado, si quieres pasar una experiencia única y agradable en Londres.

This stay was incredible, such a beautiful clean place. The location was incredible, only a 1 min walk to the station, made getting around and exploring so easy. Excellent communication from the hosts as well, highly recommended this stay!!

Nice place , stayed here a couple of times now

Luigi was extremely friendly and personally came to check in and check out which was very helpful. The place is extremely clean and tidy and has everything you would need. It is a quick very scenic walk to the center of town. There is also an available free parking spot, which is great because parking is very tough in town! It was a wonderful trip! Thank you Luigi for a terrific, care free holiday!!!

The apartment was great and just as described. The area is fantastic, close to public transport and easy walking to attractions and amenities. Benoit was very prompt on all communication and made our stay very easy. Was very thoughtful knowing we had 3 people to have the living room bed made up and ready. Would happily recommend!

My friends and I had a great stay at the Old School House. The building has a cosy atmosphere and there are lots of nice touches which make it feel special. The homemade cake was delicious! Comfortable beds, electric charging point and lovely walks nearby. We visited Bletchley during our stay and also had a fantastic meal at Ole in town. Thank you for a lovely few days.

We really enjoyed our stay in Henley. Beautiful new apartment in a gated complex with a balcony and good kitchen equipment. We did find some old Haribo in the cupboard but apart from that it was pristinely clean, comfortable beds, good sized sofa for a group of 6. Location is great too with free parking nearby, 2 mins away from the station and very walkable to and from the centre and the river. We would come back!

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

the home is beautiful, super quiet, and in a great location nearby portobello road but not in the thick of it. marina was a top tier host who provided lots of specific details on the home + things to do, extras and even offered mid-week cleaning. the beds are super comfortable and with the 2 floors it gives everyone room to spread out. would highly recommend this place!

The apartment was warm & comfortable, but has many windows which can be opened to get the breeze, plus the patio is quiet & nice to sit out on. The off street parking was very convenient. A 2nd toilet is always useful. It's within walking distance from great pubs & restaurants. The main smart Sony TV in the lounge is quite a few years old & therefore doesn't have many apps...Netflix, YouTube & BBC iPlayer were the only ones that are relevant...I tried to add ITVX & some others, but there is no way to do this. Also, you can't properly cast to this TV with a phone or tablet as the TV doesn't support this feature. You simply have the basic Freeview channels for live TV. The hot water pressure is very strong, but as I like a long shower, the hot water didn't quite last as long as I'd hoped & I had to have much shorter showers on the remaining days here. A negative! The house was far bigger than we expected, which is always welcome. Not the cheapest, but fair value for money.

A fantastic place to stay, light and roomy and airy with everything we needed. Great location for where we were working and lovely space to spend time in when we weren't. The garden is gorgeous.

Great accommodation for exploring Cambridge. Well connected to the centre of town with multiple bus options and bus stop only couple minutes walk away. Stayed with our toddler and accommodation was really well suited. Our toddler loved our stay as did we. Andrew was a great host who was helpful and responsive throughout. I would stay and again and definitely recommend this place.

Davide was kind and approachable both before and during our stay. Instructions on basic functions of the apartment were clear and concise. The place was sparkly clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Nos alojamos 8 noches para pasar Navidad y Año Nuevo en Londres, y todo estuvo perfecto. El piso esta bien ubicado, con buenas conexiones con autobuses, DLR y Overground. La vista de noche es muy bonita, ya que se ven (parcialmente) el Tower Bridge, The Shard, London Eye, Gherkin... nos encanto. No tuvimos que contactar con K mas que para coordinar la llegada y la salida, lo que es un buen indicio de que todo estuvo en orden. Si volvemos a Londres, intentaremos hacerlo a esta propiedad, ya que la relación calidad-precio fue excelente.

Hermosa estadía pasamos en este hermoso lugar. Súper cómodo, ubicación inmejorable, Phyllis super amigable y hermosa persona. Pasamos unos días geniales, con fiesta de fin de año incluida! Realmente es muy recomendable el lugar, cerca de todo, cómodo, moderno, privado. Volveríamos mil veces con mi marido!!!

it’s good

Bright, sunny rooms with high ceilings, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Swiss Cottage Tube station. Kitchen was well stocked, with a few types of tea and coffee, plus a Nespresso machine and an abundance of pods. And, if you enjoy reading, you've come to the right place - there were books everywhere, in every room. Timing worked out in our favour, too: we stayed in early April, when cherry blossom was in full swing right outside the windows. Host Christopher gave detailed instructions making the check-in/check-out process a breeze. We liked this place so much, we bookmarked its Airbnb page for easy reference for our future London trips.

Great place, easy to get into town having the bus station next to the entrance. For us the beds were too soft, others may like it…

This is a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the Abbeville pub. Mark was there when we arrived, finishing up cleaning. He was able to show us many helpful things about the place. The only thing I would mention (particularly to Americans!), is that it is not the type of air conditioning we are used to. We were quite comfortable, though. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - even has a portable ice maker! The beds and linens were comfy, and we enjoyed our stay. Mark had some food supplies to get us started, snacks and beautiful flowers. He is a very considerate host. Thank you, Mark, for our stay. This, was a stay with my husband and I (in our 70's), our 52 year old son, and 18 year old granddaughter, and we all felt like we had our own spaces.

Really lovely apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to high street and public transport. Annette and Tobias were responsive and friendly. We would recommend and stay again.
