Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. Naburn Grange Cottage is a farm worker’s cottage attached to an 18th century riverside farmhouse in between the villages of Naburn and Stillingfleet. With easy access to York by car, bus, cycle track or (in the summer months) riverbus, you can explore the city’s history or the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.

Pear Tree Barn, York 5m, Village Location

Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Come and be part of our welcoming village for the weekend or maybe even a week. We are convenient for the wedding venues of the Oakwood at Ryther and Deighton Lodge, Deighton. No.3 is next to No. 4, our sister property and can be rented together to accommodate up to 8 guests.

This idyllic and cosy hideaway for two in the centre of the peaceful village of Holtby, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, yet is only five miles from the city of York. The Apple Barn overlooks a secluded terrace, a gravelled courtyard area and a large garden, all of which are shared with the owners and there is off road parking available for one vehicle.
