Beautiful Old Cottage in the Peak District

This is an ideal location for a holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Tweedledum Cottage is an antique one bedroom dwelling, perfect for a romantic break for two. Pets are welcome (downstairs only). The cottage is in the village of Youlgreave, surrounded by beautiful countryside, with Chatsworth fifteen minutes’ drive away and Haddon Hall closer still. There is lovely walking from the cottage, both along Bradford Dale and Lathkill Dale. There are excellent pubs minutes' walk away.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Quirky self-contained Chalet 'Little Switzerland’

Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. Outside seating infrared sauna is available at extra cost. Nestled away in the village of Youlgrave, in the heart of the Peak District National Park this newly renovated cottage is the perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and single travellers looking to get away from it all. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists with access to the Limestone Way, White Peak Way and the Alternative Pennine Way. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.
