A colourful apartment right on the promenade of Aberystwyth. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

This first floor Victorian apartment has a great view of Barmouth coast, it is comfortable and spacious for up to 4 people with typical high ceilings and decorative cast iron fire places. The lounge is 21ft by 14ft to the fire place. Free WiFi, Smart, Nano TV Alexa and DVD’s are available with a few books and a quiz game. The fully fitted kitchen also comes with an air fryer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. A tea towel and washing up liquid are provided.

Suitable for a couple and dog for a perfect little getaway. All bedding and towels included. Directly in the centre of town, perfect to walk anywhere but just off the Main Street so no noise of an evening. Parking very close by for a minimum fee and free overnight.
