River Dart: soggiorni in bungalow

Great house and location with lovely views from lounge and kitchen! Made washing up a pleasure, not that you had to as there's a dish washer. Spent time enjoying the sunny private garden. Dave was amazing as we broke down 5 mins from the house on arrival. We let him know we'd be late arriving and he turned up to help us! Saving us time, hassle and money ( needed a new tyre) Thank you Dave!

We had an amazing stay at Stargazy Airbnb, we stayed for three nights and the property was exactly as described and pictured. It’s a stunning location, moments away from Bigbury beach, and the Airbnb was stunning. It had beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The outdoor barbecue space was particularly wonderful as was the living room with its panoramic glass sliding doors facing out to the sea - the views from the Airbnb were incredible. We were worried it was going to rain the whole time, luckily we had incredible, sunny weather so could enjoy local beaches, towns and the outdoor spaces at the property, but even if it had rained, the property is so stunning we would’ve enjoyed just hanging out indoors there with the beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and have recommended it to all our friends. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location with driveway parking and a short walk to the beach. Sea views and plenty of sunny, sheltered space for relaxing outside. Clean, spacious and modern with everything needed for a short break. The ‘welcome’ supplies of coffee, tea and biscuits were much appreciated, as were all the helpful extras such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, basic toiletries etc. Ian was very responsive and helpful via Airbnb messaging prior to arrival and recommended several local restaurants. The Journey’s End was a definite highlight (delicious Thai mussels) and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast by the sea at Venus Cafe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

Lovely caravan and Susan was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't particularly like the club house etc on site but that can be avoided. The coast path is very close and St Mary's Bay is beautiful.

We had a lovely stay in Challaborough , the caravan was equipped with all you needed, dvds to watch books to read,games to play.Nicolas left us some flowers in a vase,some scones with cream and jam, Bakewell tarts, a loaf of bread and some dog treats for our dog Marlow which we appreciated .

I stayed at Lynettes for a work placement, so I didn't get to explore the area but I felt so relaxed and comfortable in her cottage! it is a great place to stay for the privacy. Lynette was a really kind host and collected me from the station. it was a really cold week and Lynette made sure I was really warm by providing me with additional heaters without me having to ask for them. I was extremely grateful for this as I get cold so easily. Lynette was a responsive host and her place is really well equipped with everything. She provided a folder with all the manuals for using the appliances so i didnt have to ask all the time, haha!if there was something I needed she provided it in no time at all. I really enjoyed using the office space as I had a lot of studying to do, and I had a great time just chilling and watching the array of programs available on the subscription services. the projector with the installed firestick service for Netflix etc in the bedroom was a nice added feature

beautiful private place to stay with large hot tub and lovely outdoor spaces. everything was lovely and the milk,tea,coffee, prosecco and home made scones were such a welcoming gift. very responsive hosts and had no issues during our stay. wifi went down for a little but obviously not in the control of the hosts but they contacted their tech guy who sorted it very quickly. cant rate highly enough and willl definetly stay again.

Very comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings really quiet location very close to golf courses, great hosts.

The house is fabulous and immaculate, beautifully equipped and well appointed. Melanie is a super helpful host and very quick to respond. She couldn't have been more helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Elaine’s bungalow has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a 10 minute walk into town or to the river via a footpath. The garden is South facing and we were fortunate to have lovely weather and enjoy the outside space. The views are spectacular!

Stayed here with my grandparents and mum for a long weekend. The Bolt Hole was beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. The views from the garden were fabulous. Everything we would have ever needed were there in the home, from kitchen utensils to board games. Instructions were very clear and hosts responded super quickly. We used the paddle boards and paddled down the estuary which was a highlight. Thank you for a great stay.

lily cottage was ideal for us. plenty of space for 2 people. A Nice private secluded garden for us to sit in. very clean, the extras that were provided was a nice touch. Ideal location, would love to return again next year. had a lovely week...thanks

A wonderful stay at Catherine’s garden bungalow. Catherine made us feel very welcome on arrival. The garden bungalow was super spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the beds, everything we needed for an enjoyable week, great weather as a bonus. A peaceful location, close to all amenities and safe parking. Highly recommended accommodation and location.
